    webtoon sure is tough. creating art in general for the internet can quickly become overwhelming. but you hung in there for 3 years, that's some dedication haha

      Yeah, hopefully I don't quit. I do have a habit of getting bored easily so the fact that I stuck to drawing webtoons for years now is pretty shocking

    I have waited 6 years to make a webtoon and now that I have the time and feel "prepared" but I am afraid >_<

      I totally relate to this. You just have to start doing it despite how you feel. Once you actually make the first episode, you'll feel a lot differently

    thanks for sharing. I already know how bad the webtoon industry has been in just 2 years. this surprised me. For the past 2 years I've only been practicing drawing and will make my first webtoon this year. Hopefully. it feels like it's too late. 😢😢 But I decided to just make the webtoon a place to learn and share stories. Thank you very much! your video really helped me

      I had no motivation too , take small steps , at first it took me a month to finish one panel , draw more every day and before you realize you'll be drawing 5h a day, limit your social media so you have more free time , it helped me so much 😌

    I think I just grinded really hard. That 2020 gave me a decent following even though both my writing and art was clumsily made. Creator reward being cut off sucked for me too. I loved the video. As a fellow creator Ill be rooting for you

    I want to create my own webtoon on Clip Studio but I find that the application is difficult, I can't figure out the background and everything hh . in any case I encourage you deeply because of your story which seems so fascinating 🤗🤗

      Thank you! Yeah when I started out with clip studio, I was using SAI for my comics but it was so limited and clip studio was so complicated. But I watched a lot of clip studio tutorials and just used it a lot until I got used to the program

    do you know when is the best time to upload your webtoon? or it really doesnt matter?

    • @obliviousquill
      @obliviousquill  10 месяцев назад +3

      I upload the time when it’s most convenient for me which is at 10pm. I recommend uploading your episode the time your readerbase will most likely be awake, but if you’re not sure, just go with whenever it’s most convenient. Webtoon will send a notification on updates anyway
