Makes you think.around 50 years ago we sent a whole lot of people to the moon. Now everyone says its too hard and too expensive. Were people back then braver or smarter.. Yeah probly.I know they were braver.
Good one. Our Moon is a special place. Engineering playground and future home. It can't happen soon enough for me. Now I have to watch the 2001: A Space Odyssey lunar scenes starting with Moon Watcher throwing the bone up to the sky. 🐵🦴🚀🌛
The lunar robotic landers had a lot of 6 there was a certain amount of luck in the successful landings. Even Apollo 11 had to dodge rough terrain in its landing. The missions today are funded largely by private ventures in the USA. Even Arthur C Clarke voiced the opinion that private enterprise would be the first to land on the moon. He underestimated the Cold War and its effect on the Space Race in the 1960s and the effect Government funded programs that would be so successful.
Why does it take so long now? In 1969 they did a lunar “landing” walk around for 3 days and the whole mission was only 8 days. 50 years later it takes 25 days to get in lunar orbit ?
I'm not an expert but my guess is it has to do with orbital mechanics and using minimal fuel/energy for this since there's no time restriction. The manned missions had to get there and back quickly lest they use up all the supplies and those perishable things called humans died.
Don’t expect anything spectacular. These missions are under NASA’s control, meaning we won’t see a full-color Moon, just the usual grey stuff. Also, it seems that half a century ago, it took significantly less time to get to the Moon.
The problem with your video is the title, "SpaceX & NASA Lunar Mission About to Land on the Moon Humiliated China and Russia." You said in your opening remark that these missions "mark the next giant leap for HUMANITY". Okay, travelling to Earth's nearest neighbor should be an accomplishment for humanity, for the advancement of science, for the brotherhood of man, not for the humiliation of China and Russia. Let's be grownups for once. Let's not bring the politics of the Cold War into outer space with us, let's declare the Moon neutral ground, and instead of raising American flags or Russian flags or Chinese flags lets fly a flag for the human race. As if the Ukraine war down on earth isn't bad enough, we don't want to have that kind of thing going on up on the Moon. Incidentally, I'm an Apollo Moon landing skeptic. I don't believe we ever sent men to the Moon in 1969 and I don't believe America, or China, or Russia or anyone is sending anybody "back to the Moon" in the lifetime of anyone reading this. Van Allen belts for one, heat shields for another. Just won't happen. Dream on Moon enthusiasts.
Okey chill bro he isn't doing a sig hail it's him throwing his heart to the American people and to the American flag. In fact, before nazi became infamous, the pledge of allegiance was done with the right hand raised up before it was hand placed on heart and besides he is raised his left arm not his right to do the salute it has to be with the right hand even in Germany they say and teach not to raise your right hand up even if your pointing at something insted they use the left arm and for more reference I can take a photo of you raising your right hand it can be misconstrued as you saluting so yeah perspective is key I mean shit they have done that to other people Joe rogean for instance yeah he's involved with shady German politicals but let's be clear about what he does based on fact not assumptions just cause it looks like it doesn't mean it is
Very exciting to see. I wish both Moon landers luck in touching down.
Nice tht Japan's Hakuto joins the Space plan thru SpaceX 👌.
Hakuna Matata, Pumhba❗️ 😉
Thank U 🌟
~😺
Excellent work bro, keep it up. We appreciate your efforts.💪🇺🇸
Go Elon
He will succeed. Watch this space. 😅
like
Delta “vee” not Delta 5.
Id like to see a camera stay on from launch to landing. No more cutting to animation hoaxing

WHY do you *TECH MAP) have to include "humiliates" and versions of that word with nearly every video you post? It's deceptive, it's disgusting.
Somebody watching??🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪
Yep 👍
The title is, once again, speculative clickbait.
Russia landed some metal on the moon first, i think ur trying to make urself feel better😊😅
45 day journey to the moon 🤔
I thought we were all going to the poles where the Ice is?
Musk will do a proper job. He don’t do half jobs..😅
Yes!

Apollo was a much bigger rocket 🚀 than the SpaceX rocket 🚀.

After 10 years 😂

50 years later and struggling
A supposedly tech channel that seems to more like childish propaganda channel. Grow up and just stick to science.
Well considering the luck of landers for the moon they have all crashed.
Uh.... no. In 2013 and 2019, China successfully landed unmanned landers. Quit spreading misinformation.
nothing new.
Another hoax
Fake BS. Click bait. Dont wtch.
Well now I have to watch it. Don’t tell me what to do 🧐
Do you really have to use THAT picture of Musk in your thumbnail? You just lost me as a viewer, and I’m sure I’m not alone.
This is one among the several platforms of Elon Musk 🌟
It's jst but, correct to include his photos.
@ If you think that photo is OK, you must you probably think Hitler was a great man.
Musk owns Space X

If fire needs Oxygen to burn, how does these rockets work in space?
they mix oxygen into the fuel as it burns...you never watch any space channels before?
OMG you are dumb!
@zigzagzarf not much, ty for the info
