yeah this is probably ollie since he uses the gift (phone) and he also says ''we'll keep in touch'' just like this vhs tape on chapter 3
it is also highly likely that ollie isn't human since in phase 3 trailer he calls himself "I am a wayward play thing"
It's strange that Doctor Sawyer doesn't recognise the ringtone of the phone on the wall here (as proven in the first chapter 3 gameplay trailer). Meaning that someone outside of the lab must've been watching close by (could be one of the children receiving guidance from the other end).
Could it have been Theo and the prototype talking to one another?
Bro the voice actor of Dr Sawyer is really good at it like literally

I swear that when I first heard Harley Sawyer's voice, I thought that both he and his VA were someone in their 30s or 40s, but when I saw who was voicing him I thought "No way. This is incredible!" I don't know how old your VA is but it wasn't given more than 25 years. that's talent

I would like to remind you that Harley Sawyer is gonna share the same VA as DOGDAY in chapter 3!
Will this mean something? Probably not, but it would be NUTS if it did
perhaps he became dog day but not through the Bigger Bodies Initiative. I think he was soul was transferred into dog day by the toys (with the guidance of the prototype) to exact their revenge (bc he was the mastermind behind the human experiments)
If that's true, the lines spoken from the phase 2 trailer have a deeper meaning:
"Mortality is the curse of the weak.

Can we even trust him?

"It was your doing that made us." I know it's prototype and I know that he communicate with player who like other assumed he had something with Hour of Joy. But, because of this dialogue we can guest who the prototype talked to? He would mean one of doctors who made an opperation to create the prototype, but I don't think it was Harley Sawyer.
