Put a piece of tape over the control, grind it off or make it inoperable in some way. When we have company over, someone will inevitably mess with it and break the seal, causing a leak again.
If I understand the problem correctly, maybe drill some small weep holes (above the bowl) along the channel to allow the water to escape before reaching the box.

i have a warm water bidet hooked up for cold water, looks like its leaking out of the warm water connection port
I’m going to try it. Mine is doing the same thing. Definitely sounds like the issue cause the dripping is very inconsistent.

I just snipped it off. It’s drying so now. Hopefully it works. Definitely a design flaw. Thanks so much for figuring it out.
