One thing that I would recommend doing prior to installing, is to make sure the supply valves for toilet and sink are in good shape. Shut off valves for the toilet and sink are hardly ever used, and the washers and stems could be worn out. I literally touched the valve under my sink to shut the water off, and a steady drip began. Luckily I had a new stem washer kit at my house. I had to shut the water off and repair the valve. If I had attempted this at night, or was not able to fix it, it could have been a mess. I have stopped the installation until I get the material to replace the stem and washer on the toilet valve. I am not going to touch it unless I know that I can fix it if it leaks.
I am just getting around to getting a bidet and you sold me on this one or should I say you and your son… sold me on this model. The instructions are great ❤ and your son really made my day as I am not good at plumbing but with this encouraging video and good laughs I am going to go for it, thank you and I hope you and your family are well! 😂
Oh, man, I absolutely love the vortex action of your Toto toilet! So much better than my lurching, self-interfering toilet action. It's good that your son likes the wooden knobs, but it's also trivial to replace them with a myriad of other designs from the Tushy store if he feels different later. That's what I love about this product. The customization options are so nice! 😁
Your son is adorable! How old is he? My favorite sport is Football! Love that you are having him help you on projects around the house, and that he is enjoying it!!!
Been thinking about installing a bidet and I believe I’m sold now on the warm water option (fortunately my bathroom lavatory is close enough to make this feasible), but one question….I understand “priming” the warm water at the sink so it’s warm when you’re ready for it, but could you do the same by just slightly opening the flow valve for a minute or so? Just enough to get a little flow going without actually “engaging” with the stream, so to speak. Thanks in advance and thanks for the excellent video 👍🏻
The washer that is used on the “T” on the hot water feed is really thin. If you over tighten, it will distort and leak. Also, use Teflon tape on this fitting.
In some the documents they show placing a washer in there. That is the first thing. Did you try and add teflon tape. The other thing I would check is to make sure it is not leaking out of the basin. Check to make sure that did not come loose.
I see hot water but I wouldnt want hot water spraying on me and I see cold water , dont know if cold water would clean but I dont see how to get WARM water ???
Very helpful. Thanks much. Favorite sport is tennis. :-) I've noticed some folks had issues with the design of their toilet preventing the nozzle from being adjusted to improve targeting of the stream. Did you happen to also encounter the same thing?
Do you tend to find that by the time the water is warm, you're done spraying yourself off? I am trying to decide between Spa (with warm water connection) and Classic (cold water only) and I have a feeling this would be the case. It seems like even if you first prime the hot water through the sink, you are going to start off with a spray of cold water on your butt. If you were buying another Tushy, would you get the Spa or the cheaper Classic?
You can pre-run the water to get it warmed up if you want but i don't. But I have a feeling that will change in winter. Have not used in mid January in the midwest.
Hey Dude. There is actually a simple cheat to that. Turn on the hot water tap, on your bathroom sink faucet, and let it run until it warms up (which takes seconds. Just like you do when you go to wash your hands). Otherwise, That small bidet hot water line will take forever to warm up. My sink is close to me. Even my girlfriend can reach the hot water tap without getting off the seat. You don't even need to wait until the faucet gets hot. Soon as it gets warm, shut if off and use your bidet.
Easy to install, ruclips.net/user/postUgkxjA-hDN2m8_mi0Dg0JD8U6QiArozIAc4I and comfortable. No idea what other people were talking about when they said it was difficult to install or uncomfortable.
This was super helpful! Also, my favorite sport is soccer :) and I loved the owl joke
Awesome! Thank you!

That was very well made. Instead of acid rock and looking at some guy's face 90% of the time, you showed what you were doing at a normal rate.
I love seeing Wesley reading the directions! Also- great jokes at the end. I literally laughed out loud!
He is a funny kid
Your son is funny! My favorite sport is roller skating!

Yes you can. That would preheat the water.

Your Welcome!
Mine keeps leaking from where you’re touching it at 2:31
Any help?

Are you able to move the nozzle to get better clean?
Yes
Very helpful. Thanks much. Favorite sport is tennis. :-) I've noticed some folks had issues with the design of their toilet preventing the nozzle from being adjusted to improve targeting of the stream. Did you happen to also encounter the same thing?
I did not. Try moving the the whole thing forward. It might be hitting the back of the basin.
Is the hot water automatic or do you have to wait like you would any other sink?
you have to wait a bit
Is the white hose provided? Or is that something you had to purchase separately
It comes with it.
Theirs a hole between the hot and cold water inputs and mine is leaking! Any tips also why is this hole their?
I would make sure they are both tight and not to loose or tight. If it is coming out the hole then it might be bad.
Thank you!!
your welcome
Too cute!
thanks
Favorite sport to watch is Hockey or MMA :)
haha. thanks
hi my favorite sport is cross country and love the animal jokes lol
Thanks
