Hello could you please help me, I have a push pull valve, can we still install the t connector that goes to the hot water sink faucet ? Your help is greatly appreciated
I had a aneurism seeing him drill through the cabinet and staple the hot water line to the baseboard…. People he hooks it right but this is the guy your shady uncle says we’ll he can do it cheaper… open up your drywall, split your hot water line like a man (pex is eassssy, copper not so much) and then install the hot water valve next to your cold valve and make it look nice. People don’t drill holes in your pricey vanity and then proceed to cable staple it to the trim. This will decrease your home value significantly. If you went somewhere and saw that you’d know it was the jankiest shot you’ve ever seen and can’t guarantee anyyy of the plumbing underneath the surface……..
But what if you’re a chick and can’t “be a man”?? All kidding aside, my potty is in a room of its own and not near any sink. There is one valve. Is this something that can be done from the basement pipes as to not go through any walls?
@ no matter what you will have to go through a wall at some point to run the hot water pipe if there is nothing to hook into. The whole reason he does this is to get hot water to the bidet and if you have no hot water near a toilet then you will have to get a line ran
@ it really depends on the setup of your house and where the hot water lines are! Most likely there is a hot water line somewhere close you can tap into but 100% you’d have to go through your walls to install it as another valve. Plus it’s kinda weird you have a toilet with no place to wash your hands close. I assume this is some type of Pittsburgh bathroom in a basement or side entry?? Either way if you want it done right you’re gonna have to at least open up a couple holes in the drywall
But hot water always runs cold for the first few minutes because of the water in the pipes. I dont understand how this works in a bidet then? I dont want to invest in a warm water one if its just going to be cold anyway or i gave to run the hot water before i use the bathroom every time. Any advice?
Thank you! This was easy to follow along with

What can I do about low water pressure from the faucet with the hot water attachment in place?
why is the cold water line nice and metal but the hot is cheap plastic? How has it been performing? Alot of brands seem to have issues leaking
Mine was the opposite
What was the size of the spade bit?

Run your bathroom faucet until hot then go poo
A simple solution for a complex world😄@@ApartmentMaintenancePro
You can just turn it to self-clean mode first too
@@ApartmentMaintenancePro not how a bidet is supposed to work
What size wrench do you use
Teflon tape on compression fittings is advised against. If anything, white lithium grease on the threads.
Where can i find that hot water flex tubing, because my sink is not right next to my toilet?
I believe that the tubing came with the Bidet. I'm sure it can be picked up at your local hardware store though 👍
Can you use the cold water supply from the sink as well or only hot?
I don't see why not
why would you do that? There is already cold water supply running to the toilet…
@derrick0217 my building in NY doesn't have a cold water supply from the toilet.
You have cold water running to your toilet by default, it's what goes into your water tank.
