This is not true, body cues are not always accurate, if they were no one would have a deficiency, if you‘re craving chocolate pumpkin seed’s not gonna fix it it’s just delaying the craving until you give up and binge. Having some chocolate is not the end of the world portion control is what’s important.
If you’re craving something, eat it, don’t let anybody tell you what to do with your body you’re perfect the way you are if you want to choose to eat like that then you do that but don’t let anybody pressure you into doing it
1 if your craving chocolate eat dark chocolate 2 your craving ice go to a doctor and get some iron pills and eat chicken and spinach with brown rice way better 😂 If your craving something salty have nachos with a nice dip.
I don’t recommend iron pills if you like having normal bowel movements, you should probably try getting iron from food first since it won’t come with the constipating side effects !
@@tondisanders6332 girl if your at the point of eating ice you need to take pills, and eat better iron rich food, and I should know what I'm talking about since I and my sister have low iron, and we ate ice and the doctor prescribed pills, plus I've taken them from 6 and then again when I was 8 they don't cause any stomach issues I was totally fine and the doctor never mentioned such thing. For all the time I've tooken it. Eating just more iron foods, won't help enough, if your eating ice because at that point your iron is too low, if it wasn't necessary my 2 doctors who did blood tests, wouldn't have prescribed them. You can't compare anything about your opinion to a doctor.

Ok this was me about a year ago I would eat a bowl of ice every day and a friend told me I'm probably iron deficient but I didn't believe her. A few months later I was taken to hospital (for something unrelated) and they took my blood and found I was also severely anaemic. Turns out I was craving ice because the cold helps to stimulate anaemic people and make them more alert because when you have low iron you feel tired a lot of the time. I'm happy to say I haven't chowed down on a bowl of ice for over 6 months 😂😂
It's common in those with anemia- low iron. It's a form of pica but not as bad as some cases. I have low iron and have had extreme ice cravings everyday

Eat them. Don’t binge them, if you want them listen to your body. Don’t feel guilty if you do binge them, your body is asking for them for a reason.
