This is rFactor 2, with the Official Formula E pack. Whilst rFactor 2 has plenty of official FE tracks, it doesn't have London yet so the track is from the workshop :)

@@ALISDAIR26 Well, it does now! The London ePrix played host to the Formula E Accelerate event and they raced on this track in rFactor 2 and I spoke to the people there, it will definitely come to the game.
