It’s never too old to ask a great question like this! 🌻 I made sure my resume was loaded with transferable skills since I’ve never done recruiting before. The easiest way to get into recruiting is to start with an agency honestly. They are more likely to give you a chance if you have no experience because they will train you. My company continuously trains us and I’m 8 months in. I’m actually going to start posting on my channel @drivenblkgrl again to help with questions like this soon. 🌻
