In Vietnam, the Haste 2 Wired is only 42$ so it makes even better value. The wireless version still stays at 90 but the X2, Atlantis and Sora are all 106$ here so maybe it can catch some eyes here. That being said, the Ajazz AJ199 and VGN Dragonfly F1 are only 38$ here and the Darmoshark M3, the updated Delux M800 with 3395 sensor and the Pro version of the F1 with the Nordic MCU and 4khz compatible are all around the same price as the Haste 2 Wired so it will probably face incredibly hard competition.
The Haste is like the best shape for me expect It's like 4mm too wide overall. If grip width was 56/57mm then back at 62/63mm but rest of the mouse unchanged It could be perfect for me. Unfortunetly It feels way too chonky, like I can't feel where my point of aim is. As always great review!
Thank you! Also based on your description of the dimensions, the Starlight medium shape seems like it would be the most ideal for you, as it has a 57mm grip width, 63mm back flair width, and a similar overall profile to the Haste.
Unfortunately it's probably going to be a rather long wait for the Maya, it's not going to be out until well after the thorn edit: apparently I'm lying, and both are slated to come out this summer
It’s on sale so it caught my eyes, wanted to grab one as a replacement as my current mouse is experiencing issues. But that latency, even the wired one at 8k can’t even compete with the original GPX😂 yea I may pass on this, unless there’s a big deal on days like Black Friday, then I’ll consider picking up the wired one
Bro i bought both (wired and im waiting for the wireless) and i cant feel the latency, but Im thinking a lot (because all the reviews on internet) to get a refound on them and get a viper v2 pro or a gpx because of the lower sensor and click latency. Is it a bad idea? They are much more expensive here but maybe i buy it.
Hello, could you tell me how you are doing with the mouse, I saw on reddit some problems with the wheel and the low quality cable that breaks down in a couple of months
been using it for 2 months now, and I had no major problems at all. Every once in a while the scroll down and goes up problem pops up for a minute or so and disappears
id hate to say it but i prefer a mouse that is at least 60g over anything lighter. Some people want the lighter mouse but to me 60g is actually a solid weight for competitive and not so competitive gaming. Ive owned the lamzu atlantis mini and i can't get over how light it is and to me thats not my cup of tea.
yooo glad to see the razer deathadder v3 pro on the absolute top since it's been my main for some time now haha, tho i remember the mouse used to be in the lower tiers previously on your list (if i remember correctly.), so i guess one of you used that mouse for a longer period of time and felt really comfortable with it? How do you guys manage the tierlist may i ask? Great vids tho I've been following you guys since the lamzu atlantis og review haha and I've had that question all the time in my head whenever I saw your tierlist
Thank you! The DAV3 Pro hasn’t been on our tierlist before. I’ve always considered it an S tier mouse, but never had the chance to use it for long enough. I’m not sure what you mean exactly by manage the tierlist, could you maybe clarify?
@@minemouse oh right okay I've made a mistake, I thought there was the dav3 pro on the tierlist before because there's a lot of mice now with this white color design, and i don't know why but for SOME REASON I thought there used to be the dav3 pro as well somewhere in the C tier, same with the razer viper v2 pro, "now" it's on the S tier and I thought you changed the position of this mouse as well, yeah I went back to check the previous tierlist and realised the viper mouse in the lower tier was viper mini and not v2 pro, which wasn't there yet, so yeah I've just missmatched those mice sorry. That's why I was wondering how you guys "manage" the tierlist. I apologise haha that was my mistake
It really comes down to personal preference, I really like to pincer the haste. But I'm really weird and enjoy pincering mice where all my contact comes from the side, not the hump. The xm1/2 shape is conventionally concidered a concidered a very good pincer mouse, so odds are you'd be better with that.
If I plus wireless version to the pc, will the latency improve. I play competitive valorant and don't wanna get stuck with low latency. Thanks in advance
Does the Ngenuity software detect/read the Haste 2 wireless in Bluetooth mode? In my case, its only detecting the mouse in 2.4 GHz mode. Is that a genuine issue?
Pleas do something about the G903 because that *thing* has been keeping price for *the past 8 YEARS* and I'm just infinitely curious about .. why? (had one that started to have random right-click drags issues, and was also harassing me with a spontaneous double-click problem at the same time. Bought another one only because I saw it in a random pawn shop "brand new" for 20$ :D:D Guess what happened 3 months later, I swear to God :D:D)
Actually fax. Sorry for missing this massive detail in our review. Upon further inspection the haste 2 seems to be about 2 microns bigger in terms of grip width. Those 2 microns are really a deal breaker for a lot of grips. Sorry we didn't catch this in the first place, we will do better next time!
Yeah, it dosnt have adjustable debounce but the debounce on it is rather low, it's good for jitter, butterfly, and short drags. Long dragging u might run into some issues because if the debounce
I somewhat doubt the higher motion latency on the wireless will ever be fixed. The og haste wireless also didn't have great motion latency and that still has not been fix, so personally I'm not holding my breath for it to improve on this one any time soon either
The haste is a lot wider and has very flat/neutral sides compared to the viper mini. Both are very good mice for their prices, and it really comes down to personal preference. For me I much prefer the haste shape over the viper mini's. Also the quality of the haste 2 will be better than the viper mini, however both should be more than good enough to use in game
@@minemouse i see. what about the model d-? im quite interested in its software, and i found a wireless version of it for around the same price as the haste 2.
From my experiences with the d- the quality wasn't the greatest. I'd think your better off with a haste or maybe a viper if you like the shape of that better

Yeah the Haste 2 Wireless is a solid mouse, but it’s kinda just in tough competition. The wired is definitely more compelling.

That's totally fair, some people just aim better with heavier mice due to the increased stability.

Best shape overview format I've seen in any mouse review, ever
Why only the wired one has 8khz and wireless costs more with 1khz, do you know if it can be changed to 4khz or 8khz?
I think that it costs more just because it's wireless
Why is it rated so much higher than the old haste if the differences are so small?
so, according to the motion sync results, the best thing to do is to keep the polling rate at 4k hertz right?
Yeah I'd say so. 4k seems to be the best combo of consistency and high polling. When I mained the haste 2 wired for a month or so, I kept it on 4k hz
@@minemouse nice. i just ordered the mouse, couldn't find any other mouse to beat this at 60 dollars

According to testing from TechPowerUp, plugging it in actually makes the latency around 0.5ms worse. Hope this was helpful!

hyperx haste 2 or viper v2 pro?
Other than the subjective shape differences, the Viper V2 Pro is a better mouse in almost every way, but it also costs quite a bit more.
