I was also waiting to have a look at this one. The house is in an Estate known as Everest Park Estate along the Eastern bypass just off 3rd Sunrise Road, Amalia Paradise Homes by Verified Real Estate are located in this Estate as well. Beautiful place in deed from above with even more projects coming up. The Estate also welcomed a Celebrity recently😊. So much vacant land around I wonder how much plots are going for over there🤔🤔.

This house looks very beautiful from the outside, it deserved wooden floors or a better tile than that. The inside is a huge anticlimax because of that one detail. The floor tile is a huge letdown and doesn't compliment the property at all.

Whats the obsession with wooden floors?....I install wooden floors and if you cant maintain the floors good...they are a future investment.....and they can loose the aura in a few years??....I prefer tiles myself

Priter, your camera skills are usually top notch. Keep it up! On this one, they nailed it with the exterior. The party ends immediately you get past the front door. I wish the door would have been solid mahogany. The biggest letdown as most people have observed is the bathrooms. They don't fit the house.

Do u build in a designated area in Kenya if I wanted you to build for me?
Mombasa I’m planning on a move from states when possible will need the kitchen more user friendly for my wife need the fridge and cooker closer together to cut down on some of the moving around for her will look at how I want the kitchen setup for her don’t want her working too hard want to make it as comfortable as I can for my Queen. Will also need a wine temperature storage unit with glass cabinets she’s Kenyan so I know they’ll want to not go out for wine if we don’t have to and I want rooms larger for mama and our big granny.
This house is beautiful mostly outside, inside the rooms are very good size spacious, but I didn't see the laundry room? And it would have been better if the roof was flat roof top floor because they is no enough space at the back garden to entertain the kids and guests. The facade of this house is absolutely beautiful, I loved it,the grass and plants add more beauty. Then the doors opened and oh my word...chest pains!The floor tiles and bathrooms tiles were huge let down!Why do some Kenyan developers,emphasis on some,do this?They get one thing right and flop big time on another!The person who did the tiles did an amazing job, it's the choice of tiles that's not good.Either way,I loved the floor to almost ceiling window in the master bedroom, the balcony and the stair and balcony railings.
Finally, I have no doubt that this property will sell,but only because of how you showcased this.

Good job as usual , honestly like everyone else the house looks really nice from outside,I love the fact that the underground water tank is also used an entertainment place. But the inside especially the bathrooms, they didn't do justice coz there's no difference with the SQ bathroom.

I feel like I was catfished 😭😭. The exterior is gorgeous. I have no words for the interior.... I'd change almost everything if I bought this house (kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and wardrobes do not match the aesthetic of the exterior at all).

Huyu architect anafaa makofi mengi sana! Like seriously what's that back porch for, The kitchen? Secondly he should have done some big windows (floor to ceiling) through out the house as in the case of the master bedroom. Then what's that master bedroom balcony? Would have looked better with the sitting room at the middle back with sliding doors (barglar proofed) to the porch. Anyways, lemme stick to flat roofs. More flat roofs Peter please ... This one made me love flat roofs more. I mean no mixing contemporary with old school.

You surprised me today 😂😂,as someone pointed out,the tiles are off.its deceptively bigger than it looks from the ariel view.i don't like how they did the ensuites no shower glass or at least a rod for a shower curtain to prevent water getting everywhere plus the wooden door 🙄🙄,not bad though

This hse is dope from exterior....get in and your heart drops...the developer ate interior cash. Why spoil a good hse? You can't compare this and Bahati's hse. The interiors of Amalia prestige are top notch and the price is the same. But anyway good work. But if I was to buy it, the price would be 15m then I redo the interior.

The exterior designer brought his A game on board. Then the interior designer decided to fuck it up right from the front door. You can tell there were two different designers with different tastes who build this house.

This property has a Nicely done Exterior but the moment you walk in, everything changes.
The floor tiles are off, the living room window could have been a bit bigger and the bathrooms are Extremely terrible for a house worth 29,150,000 Million.
The Bahati's mansion which is just a meter away was going for a price of 27 Million, and it's interior is 100 times better than this house!
Frankly this house is not worth 29 Million, the developer exaggerated the price of this house!

That bathroom design is a no. Instead of trying to save money by avoiding cubicles, they would have had one good bathroom per two bedrooms.

How much can some one put down payment. For example can they give you the house if you put down payment for 1m shillings the rest you pay as you go or they need the whole amount of money???
The deposit is 20% and the rest you stagger up until the completion period. You can't move in though before you pay in full
