Sir, does indian phone chargers work in Thailand (specifically phuket), is the socket different from India or same
In Thailand generally they use type A and type B sockets. So the Indian type pins will not go in it. (But in our hotel the sockets were universal type. So we didn't face any problem).
But for the safer side you can keep a travel adapter with you.

I will stay in Thailand for 10 days. Is it possible to extend the validity of the SIM by buying an 8-day SIM and topping it up?
Not sure but as per my knowledge I think NO you can't extend the validity.
Because these tourist sims are made for limited validity only.
So the data you can refill by topping it up within the given validity duration, but you cannot extend the validity of the sim.

In sim cards shops in the airport, they accept both cards and cash...
So you can pay by your credit card or forex card if you want.

India me to nahi milega, but India se aap online me pre-book kar sakte hai, aur Bangkok airport me collect karna hoga.
(Ya fir India se apne regular sim me international roaming activate karwa sakte hai)
