Hiking Upper and Lower Wolfjaw in the Adirondack High Peaks

  • The journey to become an Adirondack 46er continues as I hike up Upper and Lower Wolfjaw Mountains out of the Adirondack Mountain Reserve (AMR). This hike was 10.9 miles long with 3,920 ft. of elevation gain. In total, it took me 9.5 hours.

      I’d say for as much as I hike, no. My wife and I did come across a bear in July, but that was the first time. Still haven’t seen a moose in person even though we have them here. That’s probably a good thing though lol
