Just got an ad for a horror movie at the end of this vid. My brain went from 0 to 100 so quickly.
I think it can be harmful to have your neck cracked so many times in a short period of time.

@@burtstamos8752 the only thing i found that was pier reviewed stated that the angle in which the crack occurs can cause residual damage while as long as the neck muscles dont rub againat nerves there is no pain. Basically , if you do this alot you will need to visit a real chiro to straighten you out. (Due to nerve pinching not a physical Need to.)
