To be completely transparent, I am now partnered with Catchmaster, one of the best known and most effective moth traps on the market! Sponsorships help me continue to post free content on the internet for you all to learn from and enjoy, so I feel very fortunate to have this opportunity. Though you should know, I only work with companies that I thoroughly believe in, and the Catchmaster moth trap has become a staple in our home. We can't live without it. Since working with the Catchmaster team, I have had the opportunity to speak with an expert on moths as well as an expert on the traps. I feel confident that from all my meetings I can transfer a lot of this information to you (in an entertaining way) to help you become more knowledgeable on the subject as well, and in turn, help you prevent and/or combat your moth problem.

George is such a good husband, everyone so so lucky to have him.
George is wonderful.
I hope I find my own version of George one day
Can I just say it's obvious that Rocky is 100% George's bird ❤️
Macaws can be a one person bird. My 30 y/o B&G Macaw is bonded to me. They can be pretty intense when they see you as their mate, then they go into full on what I call “warlord bird” eyes flashing feathers close to the body, lunging beak first! Then she softens and fluffs up her feathers and drop her head. At that point in time she is asking to get preened! Living with Macaws can be so rewarding but they can also be royal PIA! When they want something they can be heard 1/2 mile away!
Rocky needs too much attention
Sizaan
Its actually up to 5 miles away. Maybe you can hear yours from half a mile away due to all the other noises but evidently when it is silent a macaw scream can be heard from 5 miles away. Still not as loud as the big cockatoos though.
Love your hair, Marlene. GEORGE IS THE CATCHMASTER. Well done.
Thank you!!! Yes!! If you really want to help me prank him, wow that in the Amazon link reviews
@@MARLENEMCCOHEN do you have any tips on growing your channel?

Brando has such a big personality for a bird ... I LOVE IT♥
Right!! What a little brat!! I slow her antics on my instagram a lot
George’s sheepish little arm fold around 8:08 after it’s confirmed he vacuumed them all..”I am my own problem”! 😂😂😂

Thank you Catchmaster for sponsoring an amazing channel!!! I am so happy to see all your beautiful parrots! What an amazing family flock. 💕
Ouch! That’s a lot of moths! I’m so glad we don’t have moths over here! I’m super glad the Catchmaster worked for you guys! On another note; I LOVE Brando! Such a darling baby bird!!
LOL @3:52 "So, I guess there's no moths here" - George.... as a moth flies between him and the camera.

I'm gonna tell him you agree with him!! Don't forget to Leave some comments on their Amazons to prank him
So this is where the real He-Man went xD
Yes, I have him right here, he has since renamed himself to catchmaster
We have 2 African Greys and those moths are no joke!!! They mate and have babies soooooo quick!!! It’s crazy! We’ve never vacuumed them up tho! Lol What we have found is they put their babies in the blankets of the cages. We cover them at night and when we uncover them, we just roll the blankets back over the cage so what the moth does is lay the eggs in the folds of the blankets. We have found we have to wash the blankets at least once to twice a week to get rid of the larvae. Hope that helps anyone who wouldn’t think to look in their blankets for nests or eggs. 👍😁🦜
That actually makes a lot of sense!! Thank you for that!!
@@MARLENEMCCOHEN You are so welcome! I love your channel and I’ve learned so much! It makes me so happy to be able to return the knowledge. 😁
catchmaster saved my life thank you marlen

Omg Marlene! I have a moth problem 😩. I’m so going to order the traps and write the review that George is the CATCHMASTER 😜!
Nellie and Monty looked like they were having their own contest to see who could pester Marlene the most.
My mom bought a shark vac a few years ago during our own infestation of pantry moths and we have been moth free ever since. The infestation had gotten so bad that we would see a few flying in the hallway bathroom, my bedroom, and my mom's bedroom. The main nests was in the kitchen and in the living room where my budgie, Aoi's, cage was at and the infestation had originally started from. We got rid of the little buggers by having traps out for a few weeks, changing to paper litter for the cage, getting rid of infested foods (including the bird's food. Don't worry, we immediately bought more from petsmart.) by putting it in the trash outside, and adopting a weekly routine of vacuuming the house and the bird cage after dumping the tray in the bottom of the cage into a garbage bag. The Shark's collector gets emptied into the same bag as well and then the bag gets taken outside to the trash every time. The dry dog food and dry cat food also gets rebagged into gallon sized Ziploc bags and stored in a plastic container to prevent reinfestation as well as to keep mice out of it. The bird's food also goes from the original bag into a gallon sized Ziploc bag for the same reason. I also check the bird food in store for signs of infestation and I'm never buying budgie food from Wal-Mart ever again. Also, if you see an adult pantry moth flying around in a pet store or see signs of infestation in your bird's food in store, avoid that location for a while.
Rocky was dancing @1:21 💖
I have really good luck with keeping my baby's food in airtight plastic bins. The only moth I've seen was a large one that wandered in from outside and was escorted back out in a paper cup 🤣 I don't like to kill harmless things 🥺
Wow your sweet and awesome ❤️ xoxo to you and your feathered babies 🦜❤️ 🐦
I just adore your feathered babies as I have 2 myself. I have a Cockatoo and a Golfin Cockatoo. I am looking to rehome my cockatoo which will be the HARDEST thing to do as I love her so much. I just no longer have the time for her. If I could only find a family like yours to rehome her in. I am NOT letting her go to just “Whomever” there has to be a significant background in Big Birds.
Keep lovin 🦜🦜🦜🦜🦜
George is the catchmaster!!!! Great job, George! (don't know how to do it on Amazon). You two are so funny. He is a great guy, Marlene. You are lucky to have each other.
I love you guys!
It's like vacuuming up bedbugs and then not cleaning your vacuum or vacuum bag and wonder why you still have bedbugs returning.
They breed in warm, dark places.
I so glad you found the source!
I read that grain moths loovvvve blue lights, because they are similar to the color of the sky at dusk. So my idea is that you set up a tiny little disco in the kitchen made of transparent plastic with blue lights inside. Maybe the artist who does your bird art could make some picture of happy moths and caterpillars dancing. I would call it "Pantry Moth Paradise". Then for bouncers I recommend you hire some pygmy chameleons, as seen in the RUclips video "Pygmy Chameleon Sexy Dance" . They will be very tough security because they will eat all the customers. I've noticed that the tempo that chameleons like to move at is around 122 bpm, so that's the music I would play in your little disco. Some songs near that tempo include:
"Haunted" by Beyonce (oh, the irony)
The O'Jays' "Peace Train" (oh the irony)
"Kill the Lights" by Britney Spears (oh, the irony)
"Livin' Thing" by ELO (oh, the irony)
Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive" (ditto)....
love the he-man joke 🤣. And Brando's face when you asked if she's the critter who ate the bread. So surprised that they were in the vacuum, glad you've finally found it. "I didn't start the problem, the problem was there. I just vacuumed them and contained them...I put them all in one place and kept them there. They might have leaked out of there, but we caught them" love the logic George. And your birds are determined to eat your face this video
Fantastic video! George is DEFINITELY the ultimate CATCH MASTER 💪
Breeding moths in the vacuum. You can make up stories like that! 😂👍💗
Exactly!!! Always something going on here!!
Leo really loves u 💓 its soooo...... cute 😍
Omg isn't he the cutest thing you have every seen
This is so helpful. I’m in Oklahoma . No moth problem (yet ), but the bird and bunny room has flies and gnats
Doesn't matter what George does....he is too gorgeous 😍 🤩 well done George!!!
I love this prank lol 😂 Marlene definitely doing it on Amazon 😻
I had this happen with bird food. I put EVERYTHING in air tight containers now.
Yes we do that and we freeze all the food, I actually think they came in from some of our human nuts
Oh nooooo little buggers. I didn’t realize you didn’t feed your birds your brand food. Your birds are so cute 🥰
I'm so thankful I don't have moth problems! I definitely remember having to fight with moths when I first had birds. My birds are small so I'm able to keep their food in vacuum-sealed containers. I also freeze it for a week or so after it comes in. I understand that not everyone would find this possible, especially people who have larger birds. But if you have smaller birds, like budgies or cockatiels, I highly recommend storing their food in a vacuum-sealed container, like the OXO pop containers, and freeze it well before using!
Congrats Catchmaster!!!
George is the catch master! Because of your earlier video I did purchase the moth traps & they are working beautifully. I did however use them incorrectly in the beginning by putting them out & about but you corrected that in another video. Thank you so much. Good job george (the catch master)
This was funny Marlene...George is the problem then George is the cure haha😂😂🤣🤣
Love you guys so glad to see y’all happy in this one! I was a lil concerned lol last few videos seemed like so much tension. You guys are the yin to each other’s yang! George is definitely the Catchmaster 🤣 you are the queen Marlene.
Lol, who knew, would never of thought to look in the vacuum either 🤣 thank you for all the tips - I will never vacuum another moth again! George is the Grand CatchMaster 🏆
Yayyyyyyyyyyy Marlene maccohen and the birdies back in action
Love your hair Marlene you are so beautiful great job on catching them well done cheers 🥂
😂 I think what you where trying to say is George made his own echo system in the vacuum
i cant watch ur channel without crying anymore u where my pet sun counure sweetpea's fav and i had to rehome her cuz im moving😭
we also got mothes my sis and mom had mustach parakeets and derbians and one plum head who my dad claimed as his own lol
OMG... we just had a couple of tiny moths in our brand new construction home for 2 months....i couldn't figure out how one kept getting into the bird seed container...i finally found a tiny cocoon lodged in the lid seam of the plastic food holders. Problem solved!
Oh we’ve been through this too. It took weeks to get rid of them. We used the same traps but we already had the problem before we ordered the traps 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ It was a mess, so glad we aren’t the only ones. 🤣😂
Happy Sunday! Hope you had amazing relaxing weekend xoxo 😚
Hi! I’m so excited another video!!!
That makes me so so happy
my cockatoo loves to chew up stuff and then i ask him why he did it and he talks cockatoo gibberish act like i understand and he gives good reasoning😂
I bet he actually does have good reasoning!
@@MARLENEMCCOHEN My cockatoo dances when he hears jersey in your videos . He's and umbrella cockatoo or a white cockatoo by the way😄
your birds make me happy :)
Hi Marlene! I just wondered if they found the stolen/missing birds? It's been awhile. I hope they are OK. Any updates? I've been worried.
I have some updates, it's time to make a video. We haven't found them yet
@@MARLENEMCCOHEN Aww that's so sad. I really hope they are OK.

@@MARLENEMCCOHEN I am sad that they haven't been found but thank you for planning an update video.
@@ArmyStay0T70T8 thank you for asking this question.
Oh my god I’ve been fighting grain moths as well. I have all my parrot food in sealed containers and couldn’t understand where they were coming from until I opened a cupboard in the utility room and found a box of outdoor bird fat balls I’d forgotten about that they’d MADE A CASTLE IN
I hate grain moths 😭
I can relate to this. If I leave one thing out that they can eat, they infest it 😖
i LOVE your birds expesily jersey and brando!♥💟❤
It so cute was Nelly say her own name! OMG I CANT BIRDS RE SOO CUTE
Isn't that the cutest
Marlene: There was a BIG-BIG nest there the whole time...
Brando: kyan kyan kiki kankan kankan kankan
Love ur birds there cute and my fav part of the vid were George finders the baby mophs
We dont get moth problems here in Maine we have fruit fly problems ugh fml lol
Bird food are sealed up in plastic containers. Best of luck to you, George, and the birds.
Yes, and we freeze am the food as well... always something here🤣
And yes, they breed in vacuums... I made the same mistake. Also, I think they go inside by themselves, too. I mean, we vacuum all those crumbs.
Oh, and have a look at your wallpapers and carpets. They crawl EVERYWHERE.
Omg, that could have been a disaster of we had wallpaper or carpets... we do have a rug🤔
What parrot would not want to be George’s best friend. Lol!
Marlene like your hair cut look cute girl 😍😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
Have had mixed seed bird food with moths.... freeze the food for a while, no moths. But again you have to find the source of moths to freeze the food.
Educational and entertaining, really glad you decided on part 2, all about moth infestations. I never knew they have a nest you need to find, good lord, but between you Marlene and the Catchmaster George, you found those disgusting buggers. Great vlog, very funny for such a serious subject and I Thank you very much.
George is the best cathcmaster! He found the nest 💯💥
Marlene, have you also checked all the bird feed?? Here the moths like the birdfeed and the substrate in the cage with all the dropped food so I just have to clean it extra often ;) in the worst case I found like the tiny caterpillars crawling through them and making the nest uugghh!
I just was watching Say Yes to the Dress and I saw Marlene on there! ❤️ love your dress!!
We also just nurtured a moth infestation in our bird seed lol, in the bag 🤦we seem to have nipped it in the bud though with a mass clean out and vacuuming every corner a seed could have gotten and throwing the debris away lol
Hey Marlene, I really love your videos and it helps me a lot as I have 2 ring necks but I needed your help, I opened their cage door after 2-3 days I got them and they flew on the top of the room and it was quite a task to take them down…it happens everytime I keep them open and therefore I’m not able to teach them to step up and one of it is addicted like she keeps on following my hand when they are in the cage, so what I’m i supposed to do so that they won’t bite me and I can keep their proper care and teach them various tricks too
Brando is so cute adorable 🥰 sassy 💁🏻♀️ girly and wants her diamonds 💎 and clothes so cute beautiful 😍
Your Senegals are quite the screamers! Reminds me of a younger Clicks (My 14 year old Senegal).
Both merlin and marlene are funny and beautiful 😍
I've had those before. I was trying to eradicate them and thought I had them all gone but unbeknownst to me, but knownst to the moths and larvae, there were in my cereal and I ended up eating a bunch of them. Yum.
I wish my bird Gilly could see mango and I support you and the birds and I’m a sniffer

U 2 R 2 D bomb🎆🎉🎊 CONGRATULATIONS. cant wait for updates. Much LOVE many blessings and shalom.
George, the CATCHMASTER is awesome. I can't stop grinning at you two! Wish I could pound the like 20 times.
It seems like George really desperately wants to be the catchmaster but the thing is he has tribute to the problem by vacuuming the months in the first place
those tiny black bugs look like beetles who love to get into food, especially rice. You should check your food and cupboards (All even in garage) and if you do have them......you'll need a guy that can spray every where......Then get zip lock bags and sealed containers......
Love your channel sooooooooooooo much!
I had those moths for 2 years. Throw out everything. Boxes, cans plastic. Everything. There isn’t a single nest. They lay eggs everywhere
It’s still me… even under the lips of cans.
Pantry moths
I lived this nightmare for half a year and I went MAD. I had nightmares about it even! The worms were in all my food, I had to put everything in the fridge. It’s disgusting. I hope you can get rid of them.
What worked for me eventually is bringing my hamster and birds to my parents house for 3 weeks and no food ANYWHERE for 3 weeks. Also using traps. But after 3 weeks without food they usually go away / die. So all the sources need to be gone. All the animal cages need to be completely clean, no food anywhere.
Omg!! That's terrible!!!
Interesting, cool, and funny vid.
Thank you so much!! It was fun
So George is sponsoring this video then? He is the catch master after all
You two are adorable 🥰 couple 🥰🥰🥰🥰
I love your birds so much, I want to be just like you
Awesome video o wow wow that’s a lot of moths. Ya you can’t vacuum moths
We found that out the hard way!!

Isn't that so funny!! I thought so too watching it back
Brando is so gorgeous 😍
I love all your pets
GEORGE IS THE CATCHMASTER!! LMAO
I catch the seed moths to feed my breeding shaftail finches and chameleoms....
Years ago I had problems with Gypsy moths. They come in on grains and dog food, bulk foods too. (I had birds and dog). I Clean cupboards and stored food differently. They’ll go away with those traps. I even saw them crawling around on bulk dog food right in the store! Beware! Never again.
Yes, George is the Best Catch Master ......
