Hey my 2 favorite peeps! This is so beautiful, & perfect for spring. Love the eggs tucked in there. I will make this, & downsize a bit. Soon as I get my mess straightened out. Just finished putting new floors down. I must of been crazy when I decided to do this. But... will be worth this mess I'm in right now 😂🤦♀️ Thx for this Gorgeous & unique idea David. Jen, I come up with some crazy words if it helps me to remember something 😅 Ya'll make my day!
@@southernsass2937 Thank you so much! We hope your floor project goes well. It's always exciting to spruce things up a bit. Glad to hear I am not the only one who comes up with crazy word associations. lol Have a wonderful day!
Beautiful, elaborate and you make it look do-able with the step by step and slow paced demonstration...thanks for sharing your talents with us and it’s always such a joy to see you both together ❤️❤️
One of the most beautiful things I've seen you create so far! Thanks for all the close ups too. They are so helpful and hardly anyone doing video tutorials uses them. We have two very tall and very wide French Doors that go from our kitchen to the back porch. I've been looking for something for ages to hang on them forever but I wanted something different. I think I just found it. Thanks again for all your efforts and inspiration.
Thank you, Chris. And thanks for letting us know the close ups are helpful. We try to get as many of those in as we can. We’ll keep doing so. I hope this works well for your doors. Send us pictures at shop@davidchristophers.com We would love to see your project.
Hi David this piece is Absolutely Stunning. Thank you for sharing your Talent with us. I have learned so much from you. So until next time God Bless you and your wife and have a Blessed Evening and Stay Safe my dear Friends. 🌹❤🙌
I love this! Like Jen said its different and that's what I like. We are building and going to put double doors and I just hope I can make this close as I can to what David has done. Love, love! Always learn and enjoy your humor. Congrats on the new warehouse!
That swag is just absolutely gorgeous. I like it that Jen is right there with you. I love watching how the two of you just shows us so much joy and fun it is to work together. Thanks as always for sharing your talent. I may copy that awesome idea of yours, Mr. David, only to make a way smaller one though to fit my front door. :-)
Thank you so much. We are glad you are enjoying it. You’ll have to send us a picture of your finished product on our social media sites or email to shop@davidchristophers.com We would love to see your swag. 🤗
Beautiful! Love thinking out of the box. Right now, I’m using a square mixed fern wreath in a diamond shape with a beautiful bow made from 1” black & white houndstooth ribbon!
Absolutely gorgeous. You two crack me up. You are so much like my husband & I but WAY MORE cleaver & creative. I have learnt so much from you, THANK YOU X
Lovely swag! I haven't given that a try yet, but I may one year--I'm still attempting to master the wreath! LOL Speaking of which, I got all my spring decor out of storage today and it's going up March 1st. Pastels, florals--it's going to be a relief after the austere colors of January, and the sharp contrasts of color at Valentine's. Naturally, it will snow profusely after I finish decorating and dream of the blooms to come (the weather delights in hurting my feelings), but I try to get into the spirit of the season to come! LOL
Absolutely beautiful!!! I might try and make a version of this:) Tell us about your book Jen come on?? !! Come on pleeeaaasse. Look forward to your videos Blessings Doan
I wrote a book that was released last year. It’s a book about how to live like Jesus right where you are-whether at work or home. It’s called “Leading with Jesus: Ministry Outside the Walls of a Church.” It’s on Amazon or can be purchased through our website. 🤗💕
It sounds awesome and you do live like that through your videos. I enjoy you and David so much. Your example is exactly where we need it out side the church walls. I always pray for my son Aaron.that someone will be a inspiration to him about the Christian life. And I, do believe one day it will happen! Love y’all enjoy your weekend. Blessings Doan
When you shove a glued stem in the apex, are you looking to see that the stem is actually a hearing to the other gathered stems since there is no foam. I'm just amazed at how designers can simply poke and the glued stems stay.
Having worked in sympathy work a saddle basically means they use that for an easel or a casket cover a blanket is something you lay over the grave is basically flat rectangular in fact made for mostly holidays or Christmas
The discription of a blanket and saddle are 2 different item in my part of the country. The blanket is on the ground over the grave and the saddle is over the head stone.
Hi, Tony. I did write a book which was published last year. It’s about our journey as small business owners and followers of Christ. It’s for anyone who wants to be a light in their world. It’s called “Leading with Jesus: Ministry Outside the Walls of a Church.” It’s on Amazon and available on our website, as well. Thanks for asking. 💕🤗
I love the designs you make Ben.!! I’ve been watching you for about a year and I am always in all at how you can take so many different textures and colors and bring them together to be very beautiful & I often forward your videos to friends and family because I want to share your creativity and artistic designs with them. My next comment is not meant to be hurtful but I quite often find your wife standing in front of whatever you’re creating as she’s cutting things apart for you or taking stickers off, trying to get things ready for you in advance… Which is very important and very helpful especially when you’re videoing on a time limit. I just feel that she needs to stay to the side to do these things instead of interrupting what you’re saying, sometimes not very professional and I think she says and most importantly , physically moving to draw attention to herself I feel instead of letting the viewers be able to see just exactly what you are doing. Please re-watch this video and I think you’ll understand what I’m trying to say but I’m not trying to be unkind but maybe just helpful. I am an interior designer and when people are trying to learn it’s very important that first you can hear them clearly which you talk very well, secondly that you were able to see what the designer is Actually doing without stems or your helper physically getting in the middle of your design. Again, I love your show and I think you’re amazing designer and I apologize if this offends anyone. But I hope you can use this simple advice for future videos. I will always continue to watch! As well as share your videos with my world of Family and friends. Best of luck to you in your upcoming move!!
Hi, Vickie, We don’t know a Ben in our videos. Did you mean David? ❤️I can assure you I am not trying to draw attention to myself. I (Jen) am actually quite self conscious about being in the videos. David can be, as well, and sometimes hides behind me and I have to stop the camera, tell him people can’t see him, and begin again. 😂We are working in very tight quarters and I stayed back as much as possible. We are a team, and we work together. David asks me to be in the videos with him. Otherwise, I would be perfectly happy just running the camera. We get tons of comments from viewers on how they prefer us in the videos together. 😄 Because of the spacing we used, the lighting can be bad and shawdowy. The only time I stepped closer to the camera was to show people an item closer-which is what David does, as well when introducing an item. I am very aware of trying not to block important shots. Our show is more of a sit com/how to show as opposed to just showing people how to do things. We appreciate your comment and the kindness shown. We appreciate you watching and sharing with your friends. We do the best we can, and we do it together. Thanks again. Have a wonderful day! 🤗
What do you like to put on your door during this time of year? You can always create a swag like this and size it down. Thank you all for watching. ❤️

Where is your store located in Alabama love your channe
Sheffield Alabama which is in the northwest corner of Alabama. 🤗
I live in the south and I am not sure the glue would hold up! Maybe some styrofoam and glue might work better for me for the flower insertion!
The glue and wire together should hold. We rarely have any issues with them falling apart in the heat. Hope that helps. 😃
I also do a lot of zip ties that I spray brown
De que esta hecho el pegamento que usas
I know so many people with those doors and they are narrow too...
