why can't you have a wall outlet plug pack connected to the camera 24/7 and be charging the Battery with out having to remove the Battery and charge it separately ??
Well technically you could, but that would take away from the wireless and some of the weatherproof features of the camera. But if you were in an area where the camera was covered and had a place to run power then you can. I just bought the floodlight but the charging cable it comes with seems to be the wrong one. I don’t see a slot for it. The camera has the magnetic charging port
Do you mean run the USB charger up to it and leave it plugged in? If you don't want to run extension cords up your house, they have solar panels that will keep it charged so you don't have to take the batteries out and charge them. Is it okay to just leave battery on and leave it plug forever? Or take off the battery?
It is best to take the battery off the charger when charge is complete.
