I have two Beagles. I love Beagles. One weighs 60lbs though… They are stubborn, independent, fine hanging out by themselves.
my last Australian shepherd was an extraordinary dog. he would come and get me when my phone rang, and when i was baking christmas cookies he would come and tell me when the oven timer went off. when I called my husband and son to dinner he would go and get them, talking and signalling to them so that they would follow him to the kitchen. when I was downstairs on the treadmill he and my son would always show up at the door. when I asked my son how he found me he said "mom, whenever i come over Loki takes me to wherever you are in the house". Loved that dog! Unfortunately, he was gone too soon.
Cattle dogs are good dogs. Very clingy. Alot of people mix up cattle dogs and Australian shepherds. There's actually a breed called the stumpy tailed cattle dog and they are naturally with out a tail.
Most French bulldogs r small dogs. Usually the larger one weigh 15-16 lbs. mine is 11 lbs.
Having lived with Vizlas since I was a kid, I can confirm that all of the vizla clips accurately represent the wonderful behaviours of this breed 🤣

There is nothing wrong with getting an AKC dog. Not everyone can find a rescue dog that can overcome their unfortunate beginnings and settle into a home
I don’t think Frenchies or other dogs that size or smaller are medium. Love theBull Terrier.

Them fuckers are nothing but hospital bills, shortest lifespan among dogs full of health issues. You cant play with them, they cant climb and cuddle with you, might as well get a cat at that point.
Partly agree. They are so adorable. But they are also a breed that never exists anymore. Many of them are suffering from so many health conditions. To live a life itself is painful for them.
