Don't just do AC, get a heat pump. Heat pump + solar + appropriate insulation == $0 heating/cooling bill.
I moved from Denver to Canon to Pueblo. I miss Denver food. Yes the Mexican food here is awesome, but that's almost all there is other than chains. Miss me some good pho.
Big Burger World in Canon is great, and Los Campos, but other than that it's chains. Here in Pueblo Tacos Feugo is good.
