Thank you for sharing your experience, we live in an age where people are now beginning to share their experience, "...wasn't the right time...or '..they wont understand..' Through out your sharing I became very emotional, almost tearful. I'm 84, had a spiritual experience at 15, which I think about daily. I do daily practices, I'm not pushing it. It wan't a kundallini experience but sensations going up and down my spine, which I still experience, and enjoy. I feel very blessed.
My Kundalini awakening also happened in the same year as your. It happened on the month of October. It keeps destroying all bad karmas in my mind,soul and body. It happened to me without a guro also. I have to understand it all my own, it's a crazy experience for me there are so many stages I have to go through. It keeps me become better and better anyway and I believe I'm in the final stage of karmic purification. Thank you for sharing your story just like you I've been practicing meditation and yoga on a very young age a strong believer of God and spirituality and mysticism. I actually love everything, even science. For the science and spirituality is truth. Maybe because I'm a Taurus ASC and an Aquarius Sun Sign 🛑

I don’t think I had a kundalini awakening afterall, but I can resonate with all the things you are talking that happened afterwards-the deepening and easy understanding of sacred texts and the law of oness. I tested it with relistening and lrereading some material I read 6 months ago and just experimented with some new information and it is almost that I don’t need to read the whole thing but just know it by touching some books or thinking about something. I don’t know if I became extremely condfident ir what but I feel very grateful each day and just appreciate every single second. I took a break from a work life moved to a cheaper place and just spending 4-5 hours in the woods every day before people wake up and it is the most magical thing in the world! I can’t wait every day just to get on my bike and go directly to the woods and all the deers - it is so extatic! I feel so lucky💚 Never took it for granted but now it became like ambrosia😅 And no need for people either. Nothing against them just can’t get enough of this feeling which is freedom!
@@sacredairwithalydunne I did a lot of healing(shamanic, soul retrieval and karmic) but my finances are tight now so I am doing mostly sound meditations and frequencies. Well I do try to connect with angels, ancestors. I get magical images - it is fun and very colourful✨ I probably living in my own world right now - oh well🦋

Listening to you makes me feel so good. ♥A few weeks ago, in an ayahuasca ceremony, I managed to go very deep inside myself as I felt safe with the people who surrounded me, so I relate to what you said. At first, I experienced suffering and purging, watching my emotional pain but feeling detached from it. After hours of this, I was so exhausted and surrendered, and I watched myself make a sound, which I now believe was "saaaa". In that moment, I completely let go of control, and my head opened with a bright strong and wonderful energy. The background of my head was a constant sound of "om" (before this, I was not even into mantras). I felt bliss and ecstasy, I couldn't stop laughing and crying with pure happiness and relief of being in contact with my true self and the divine. It was a realization of who I am. However, as the days passed, that connection slowly faded, which confuses me. I know it’s who I am, it's inside and beyond me, but I’m afraid of returning to the disconnection state with life I used to feel before the ceremony. Is there any advice you can give me? 🙏
Yes! Now starts the self effort. There is no quick path to get there. You may use a substance, or get a look from a Siddha, or have a dream- that show you the truth of you. But we always need to deal with our state, our mind and heart. It’s fantastic you have had this experience- it gives you a clear vision of where you wish to be. Not really the "spine" per se...just happens to run along similar pathways. In some cases, the energy actually doesn't even travel in that straight of a direction, but will snake around the entire body. The hands and feet can also become very activated.

I think I have something going on . I have pain in my forehead and lower back. I have also a blushing feeling cold warm and so on. I have a little problems with my balance when walking and also tinnitus very loud sometimes around my head. Have a nice day ❤

Thx for sharing ur experience. I think K can be intentionally awakened wo “burning down the house” or teacher but it requires discretion, practice moderation and preparatory work on one’s psychological/emotional issues (often related to early life traumas) and ego.
I had done breathing techniques of Dr Joe Dispenza and I can hit the pineal gland and move the energy all the way and experience a brain orgasm many times , feel tingling and vibrations in my body but few days ago I could feel the serpent in my body moving up in a subtle way ! I just don’t know how far it went up. So o wonder if that is just telling me is active but not activated perhaps? 🤔 Can you explain? Thank you 🙏
Thank you for your comment. I am not familiar with Dr. Dispenza‘s breathing techniques, though I am sure they are some form of Pranayama. I would like to say this to you: It is wonderful that you are putting forward this great energy towards your own enlightenment, and I am excited that you have the desire and the will to put forward this effort. I would like to suggest now that you shift gears a little. I want you to focus now instead of technique i.e. the breathing exercises, to focus in on devotion. Just let go of the techniques for a while. And instead build your Bhakti. Sometimes doing too many techniques can prematurely awaken the kundalini before it is ripe, and though you are on the precipice, it is safer to work with the devotion in the heart which pulls that energy magnetically up the spine, and also from the divine, however you understand that This way you will be safe . Do you have any experience navigating the effects on a marriage? It has been 17 years since it rose fully up the sushumna but this current phase of heightened activity is the one that is causing more life changes in terms of diet, social life and sex. My husband and I don’t want to separate but I need some help from someone who understands the transformation kundalini brings. Can you recommend anyone who works with couples to help them adapt?

I'm pretty sure I'm having a spontaneous top down thing. I felt extcacy exploding out of every cell in my body. I didn't really feel anything in my spine pursay. Pressure in the third eye area. So strange, beautiful, and kinda scary
@sacredairwithalydunne Well, not currently. I am questioning if it's real because I was under the influence of mushrooms. I used them to move through represed trauma, shame, and guilt. I had an ego death experience. Now, I dont want to eat chicken beef or pork because I'm aware of the suffering that we cause the animals, and we derive pleasure through the suffering. I'm having some health issues, though. Does this sound like the real deal to you?
This sounds like a real spiritual awakening evidenced by your increased compassion. I’m not clear that it is a kundalini awakening. What health issues are you experiencing?
@sacredairwithalydunne just sleep apnea and hormone issues. I don't want to get too graphic, but that energy felt feminine at first, then masculine. It was like unbridled primal energy coursing through my veins. One time, I was feeling anxiety, so I meditated for just a second, and that energy came again. It was very powerful. This was during a prolonged period of complete celibacy of mind and body(just a hunch but i think that had something to do with it). Im born in may. This happened mid-April. Nothing like I've ever experienced on psycedelics, and I've done a lot of them, haha. It may well not be kundalini, but its something spiritual i think. Snakes seem to not be bothered by me now. I'm glad I found your channel!

I would say with regards to world view- after kundalini awakening one lives in an expanded world. My happened when I was 16, 52 years ago. I was living in an ashram and practicing several hours of Kundalini Yoga everyday. I ended up leaving the ashram and stopping the practices since they were so intense after 9 months. I also started meditating at age 13. Hi. Im new to this. I've been meditating for about 3 years. Trying to heal from deep grief after losing my son 10 years ago. I spent the first 7 years in victimhood. Why me? Trying to understand. In the 7th year, i asked myself, Who am I? I was reading books, watching podcasts etc which opened my mind to the conscience mind. Healing was always my goal as I was tired of being this poor woman who lost her son. Somehow i began meditation to find peace, which i did. I learned how to quiet my mind and be ok in my grief as I understood that energy never dies. Fastforwar 3 plus years of meditating, i began this meditation which included deep breathing and intention setting. I set an intention to HEAL my heart and open blockages of lack. I breathed deeply and then it began...My body was contorting, vibrating and it was like an intense orgasm. I didnt know what happened at the time and still wasn't sure today. That lasted a few days where the vibrations and blissful feelings were intense and spontaneous. I honestly thought i was having spontaneous orgasms. I hadnt slept for a few nights and i was feeling tired, muscles were sore from strange movements. Yesterday and today, i have been doing these spontaneous kriyas and was looking up spontaneous movements and found the name of them. This is the beginning so i dont know how this will go but just sharing the experience with you and your viewers. I also hear my "higher self?" Saying things to me while my body is moving, for example, breathe in the light, breathe out the hurts". Its fascinating really, however my friends and family would never understand. Where to next? Suggestions?

@sacredairwithalydunne just sleep apnea and hormone issues. I don't want to get too graphic, but that energy felt feminine at first, then masculine. It was like unbridled primal energy coursing through my veins. One time, I was feeling anxiety, so I meditated for just a second, and that energy came again. It was very powerful. This was during a prolonged period of complete celibacy of mind and body(just a hunch but i think that had something to do with it). Im born in may. This happened mid-April. Nothing like I've ever experienced on psycedelics, and I've done a lot of them, haha. It may well not be kundalini, but its something spiritual i think. Snakes seem to not be bothered by me now. I'm glad I found your channel!

I would say with regards to world view- after kundalini awakening one lives in an expanded world. It’s not a separate or other world but one expanded to include the other side and deeper/ higher realms.

Yes I had a walk in about a year and a half ago with an amazing night of visions and energy afterwards. Would take so long to explain what was shown and continues to be experienced but my life is radically different now ❤

My happened when I was 16, 52 years ago. I was living in an ashram and practicing several hours of Kundalini Yoga everyday. I ended up leaving the ashram and stopping the practices since they were so intense after 9 months. I also started meditating at age 13.

Hi. Im new to this. I've been meditating for about 3 years. Trying to heal from deep grief after losing my son 10 years ago. I spent the first 7 years in victimhood. Why me? Trying to understand. In the 7th year, i asked myself, Who am I? I was reading books, watching podcasts etc which opened my mind to the conscience mind. Healing was always my goal as I was tired of being this poor woman who lost her son. Somehow i began meditation to find peace, which i did. I learned how to quiet my mind and be ok in my grief as I understood that energy never dies. Fastforwar 3 plus years of meditating, i began this meditation which included deep breathing and intention setting. I set an intention to HEAL my heart and open blockages of lack. I breathed deeply and then it began...My body was contorting, vibrating and it was like an intense orgasm. I didnt know what happened at the time and still wasn't sure today. That lasted a few days where the vibrations and blissful feelings were intense and spontaneous. I honestly thought i was having spontaneous orgasms. I hadnt slept for a few nights and i was feeling tired, muscles were sore from strange movements. Yesterday and today, i have been doing these spontaneous kriyas and was looking up spontaneous movements and found the name of them. This is the beginning so i dont know how this will go but just sharing the experience with you and your viewers. I also hear my "higher self?" Saying things to me while my body is moving, for example, breathe in the light, breathe out the hurts". Its fascinating really, however my friends and family would never understand. Where to next? Suggestions?
