Happy Christmas. I managed to get my parkrun PB in windy conditions on Xmas Day, 17:39. Very happy as back in 2012 I was obese (20 stone) and using a walking stick due to plantar fibromatosis. Did my first parkrun in 2013 in around 33 minutes!

Nice video! It's almost impossible to get your Christmas video out on Christmas day. I managed to get mine out (Xmas Eastleigh parkrun) on Boxing day, which was still earlier than expected. Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas Cole! Well done on your 5K. Those Santa outfits are not fit for racing. I raced a 5K in one before and they don't allow much as far as athletic pursuits go. Keep up the good work and way to take one for the team!

All the best mate. Do you ever listen to podcasts on the shokz? If so can you hear it clearly?

Yes I do! I don’t really listen to music, only ever podcasts. Some podcasts can be a tad quiet sometimes, but if I adjust the shokz a bit closer to my TMJ (where the bone conduction goes through) it generally improves. But majority are all good if on full volume!
