Yes there are schools that accepts HND but if you are in Nigeria, you need to find out if the embassy have started verifying /legalising HND doc

For the accommodation how can someone apply for it since they need the proof?
You will download it and fill it, you will have to take it alongside with the IEFP and also other documents that were listed to the embassy. Note that, the application is now done at VFS, either lagos or Abuja. Just type vfs global portugal, ok

Hello, the tricky thing is payment for the flight. How can we obtain a flight reservation in case if visa application is rejected. Should we buy and pay for the flight and take the gamble for visa aproval? Thanks Ronald
No, don't ever try that. If you meet agents that book flight and hotel reservation. I think both reservations they charge 20k
How long in advange should we book a flight in advance to give the embassy enough time to decide for aproval?

Please for this category of visa, am a married graduate of agricultural engineering, though working in one of Nigerian banks, with over 7 years experience, do I need to legalize my credentials before leaving, also do I have to legalize my offer of employment with the embassy,

It's just ur police character dt you would legalise. This type of visa only allows you to come and look for job. No eligibility as long as you are above 18yrs

If it was last year 3million would have been fine. But this year, minimum wage increased to 820euros. According to jobseekers visa policy, 820euros times 3month equals 2463euros. Then multiply by black market rate, and you just need to make it higher. Use bookingdotcom
How about someone who is good in baking, what is the chances of getting a job within that 4months?
Also I heard if one wants a factory job you can easily get it WITHIN 2WEEKS! how true is this?
Truly iyke, it is not as easy as they say. You have to consider some factors. Remember Portugal is not an English speaking country, so where an individual stays matters. You have to stay and mingle with pple dt speaks same lang as you do, which means you must prepare for accommodation in the city. Also, I will advice that before you come begin to search for job online bcos even if you come here too, you will do same. I will make video on that. You will find as long as you are not giving up
What if you've already got a job in Portugal, do I to apply for the same visa or is there another type of visa application?
So, if an employer have already given you a job in Portugal, then its WORK VISA that you would apply. The employer would provide the documents that you will present at the embassy

It's 765euros. The fact that it is stated that it's times 3, doesn't mean you have to put the exact money,you sold make it more, ok. For flight reservation, you can, you can meet with agents and you just let them know that, they would be the one to book the flight when the visa is out. For exchange rate, search the Internet

Again, they didn't mention about hotel or accommodation reservation in the for and requirements, does it mean it's not necessary
You don't need to specify the days that you would stay bcos, the visa itself is for 120days but since you have indicated, its not an issue. As long have you have all the required documents. Let me ask you this question. Did you fill the IEFP form, that form is very important for you.

Hmm..... it's not all the city that oe stays in portugal that you get Job easily, although most jobs are done remotely. If I would advice anyone dt wants to apply for this type of visa.Start by applying from your country(Nigeria), you will definitely get response, with the response you get, that is how you will know the rate of response. Also, if you come in with that type of visa, I will advice that you stay I the area where you can meet your own people so that they can also help you out in search of jobs. If the 120days expires, one can request for 60 more days. God can do it
Whats the process of family reunion
When you arrive here and go for SEF/AIMA appointment, you have to inform them about it, ok
In case i am unable to secure a job within the 6 months, is it possible to switch the visa type, say to a student visa, without first returning to your home country?
actually, i dnt know abt that transition. However, if im in dt type of situation, after three months and discover dt there's no job, I will quic kly look for a school and apply to and then inform SEF abt the situation. That is, if i can get a student residency permit

Hi, i am from Ghana and we do not have the Portuguese Embassy. Can i use the E-visa to apply for same Job Seeker visa? Is it still recognized?
There is that point that you need to pay for application fee, once it is paid you can notify them, so that you need to know what to do with your passport cos it needs visa. Besides, I think most Ghanaians uses Abidjan

Pls anyone who got the job seeker visa between may _August 2023 should please come and tell us if they have had their visa applications approved. At one time in July, there was no appointment for interview and legalisation. Some said they have heard nothing since June. Pls let us know and a detailed set of requirements for this visa at the embassy (step by step). Very important pls. Thanks ☹️
I wish the lady who got hers from Nigeria can see this and respond. I will try and get her mail and redirect her here to explain to others. But I know following the procedure that was clearly stated in the link that I provided in the video can help. Two other Nigerians from Dubia got the visa and I hope they see this too and explain so that others can learn.
@@bayobishow oh thanks. It is best the person left from Nigeria. Most embassies here have unwritten rules and undisclosed quotas for Nigeria within a time frame. This 2023 is gruelling and frustrating and it lies along the lines of appt dates for document legalisation, processing time/ interview date and denial rate. Only those in Nigeria and who recently left can truly understand. I think study visa is more fixed and less disappointing than any other pathway from my research so far but pls if you can locate that lady that just left pls tell her to come and tell us all her experience.
