Wasn’t WT going to introduce a more kickboxing oriented sparring?

How do you defend against a person who always attacks with a spinning back kick to the body? They do a lot of feints and wait for the opponent to kick and then always do a spinning back kick to the body.

You kick on the side they are spinning and you jam their spinning kick. Or you trick them into spinning and make them miss.
