I saw her in the 70s at the Alladin Theater in Las Vegas. Second row center stage. I remember it like it was yesterday. Brings a tear to my eye 45 years later.
You are lucky. I only got to see her in huge Memorial Auditorium in Dallas. 🎶❤️🌹

There's been very little gallantry among men in the music industry - players, managers, or record company types - except when it comes to Linda Ronstadt. They seemed devoted. Even with many predators around she seemed to have rare protectors.

Linda was beloved in a way that was rare back then - still pretty damn unusual - she was a rare songbird. Gorgeous voice, vibe and a gorgeous heart.
No gadgets, no ear buds for feedback, no words to the songs on a TV monitor, nothing but LINDA singing her best!
No big light show or fireworks. Just a band and an amazing voice! God bless Linda!

I'm fairness what you are calling ear buds, are smaller versions of the monitors she has standing on the floor in front of her. Without them the musicians can not hear themselves play. Have a player loose their monitor and you can hear some pretty bad tunes.
And nothing wrong with in ear monitors, they reduce hearing loss.
As the ultimate Little Feat fan she sings this song so great. Love you Lowell.
I was a senior in HS in Nov 76. I loved Little Feat and I loved Linda. I'm 64 now and still do. Thanks for this vid!!

I've likened Linda's voice and talent to that of a flood plain. One like her's only comes along every 10, 25, 50, 100 or 500 years. She was born in 1946, 1967 her first hit, 1974 her breakout year, 1977 super star and rock and roll's first queen. I'll let you start the clock
