    пароизоляцию перед внутренней обшивкой не сделал, всеми ветрами продуваться будет, оконные рамы прямо в каркас вмонтировал, при усадке усушке всё перекосит заклинит и стёкла повыдавливает
    но всё равно парень молодец, настоящий мужчина! экзамен сделать дом прошёл
    пс самый прикол если он собирал домик на калённые саморезы, то их будет срезать как кусачками при усушке дерева, вощем домик начнёт разваливаться

    • @Россия-78
      @Россия-78 11 месяцев назад

      Ну ты уж раскритиковал. Может домик летний и наоборот в кайф что продувает. А рамам не будет ничего, он их на вертикальный брус крепил.

    • @zergf6675
      @zergf6675 11 месяцев назад

      Мне одному показалось что дерево ничем не обработано, немного времени и начнет разваливаться , бобры с термитами все сожрут.

    There’s been a very small bridge in a neighboring town that I pass often on my way to work that’s been under repair for nearly five years, and this guy builds a complete house in 15 days. Maybe I should suggest to the nearby town to hire this guy. He’d have the bridge repaired in less than a week.

    I read that you built in the Azores, with materials that respect the environment etc etc
    Did you buy the windows or build them yourself?
    Well edited video, key steps, clear video. Only question, I'm writing from Rome.
    The amount you indicate seems small to me, around €3,000
    The wood, the poles, the boards you used here, really cost a lot.

    What sort of R value are you getting out of single layer rigid insulation? You tend to get about 6 per inch, and that looks like 2 inch? Even in the warmest climates the recommended ceiling R value should be 30 minimum, this looks like it will be a cold and hot cabin, requiring lots of power to keep cool and warm.

    I don't know why I feel like a genius-- but what if you put up a second detached roof with significantly greater area just to deflect rain from the cabin and its foundations. also significantly help keep cool I the summer, ... if you even need that in that forest canopy there. anyways a second, detached roof could help collect rain water if you needed that. I mean that's a lot of benefit for a simple add-on right? .... I am so f jealous....
