Hello, why is it otherwise and not just IF that then that and so on.... I want to send different email based on different checkbox that trigger the send. Right now i am doing many automations but i want to put them all in one automation. Is-it possible? Thank you.

Hi Remy, that's possible in a few ways (formula field or conditional automations). Check out the table talks on those two subjects for more.
You can also reach out to support@airtable.com with more details and they'll be able to help you!

Are there plans to make recurring checklist creation and automation easier? We still use Trello for this where we have template cards with different sets of checklists and checklist items having the ability to have due dates and different owners. The workaround in Airtable isn’t the most user friendly. I know you can use description fields with checklists….but it’s hard to use as it doesn’t have data…and you have to open and assess the checklist items to get a sense of progress. Hope this makes sense!

Hi Tim! Reading this maybe adding linked records instead of a checklist could be worth looking into? That way you can auto create those using Airtable automations (perfect use case for conditional automations!). Otherwise, you can also automate the creation of rich text field (with specific checklists in them). Feel free to reach out to support with further Qs (I'll pass along the feedback to the team) ^ Aron
