Thank You for this video! I had never known about the wire looping plier! I placed an order for the pliers and chain necklace and wire and beads. They arrived so fast and carefully wrapped and labeled! THANK YOU!! I was able to make my necklace last night. Love it! Love Beadaholique. Your products and videos are the best! The Prestige crystal tube bead was beautiful. I need more practice with the looping pliers but they definitely made the loops so much easier and even. Thanks for such an easy to follow video! ❤️ Jalyne in Utah
It's tricky stuff for sure. This is a good design for beginners, but it takes a lot of practice to be able to make one of these perfectly every time. If you're just getting started be sure to give yourself permission to make a few mistakes, even if it means wasting some wire. That's how we all learn.
@@beadaholique True. I have some experience but still struggle to make the perfect loop. I Bought some really fine copper finish chain but have had a time working with the tiny links.
@@jude1515 Have you ever tried using a Third Hand tool for working with fine chain? We did a video on that a few years ago while working on a chain project: ruclips.net/video/be7jpNq5Fv0/видео.html
I would like to know if the wire will tarnish or turn into a copper color.I bought many bead spacers, crimp beads and clasps that lost the silver color and turned redish in color. Now I only use stainless steel, sterling silver or gold filled products.I am ok with silver turning dark after a long period of time, which is normal and can be cleaned. Thank you.
In our experience artistic wire's anti-tarnish brass and anti-tarnish silver plating is pretty good. We have many pieces that have been stored for several years and still have their original color and only mild tarnishing. If you want a more durable equivalent we do also carry silver filled and gold filled wire. Here's an a equivalent dead-soft 24 gauge silver-filled wire we have available by the ounce: beadaholique.com/products/1-oz-48-ft-silver-filled-wire-24-gauge-round-dead-soft And here's 24 gauge gold filled wire, it's half-hard (So, a bit harder than the dead-soft Artistic Wire in the video) and we sell it in lengths of 5 ft.: beadaholique.com/products/14k-gold-filled-wire-24-gauge-round-half-hard-5-ft
As long as you are doing wrapped wire loops, a thinner wire should be fine. I would not recommend simple (non-wrapped) loops in a thinner wire as they might pull out over time.

You're an awesome teacher, thank you so much!! 🥰
That looks pretty. Wire wrapping can be tricky.

@@beadaholique I have one similar that I used years ago when I took a course in silversmithing. I am sure that would be helpful.

I want to get the pliers you use. Where can I buy them please. Love your class, very informative
You can buy the looping pliers from us here on our website: beadaholique.com/products/beadsmith-wire-looping-pliers-concave-and-round-nose
Wonderfully helpful, thank you!!
What is the thickness of the wire are you using for this?
We used this 24 gauge wire: beadaholique.com/products/artistic-wire-silver-plated-craft-wire-24-gauge-thick-10-yard-spool-tarnish-resistant-silver
❤️❤️❤️
Is there a video for the tube at the bottom
