I had suggested this topic 2-3 months ago. Thank you अमुक तमुक team for having it. ❤ What was toxic for me: 1. Insulting in front of colleagues without any reason and then apologizing in person. 2. Favoring team members who do not ask him questions. Asking questions was a sin. 3. Asking to come to the office on Saturday without having a genuine reason or deadline. 4. Not letting team to participate in any other company activity except work. 5. Changing the decisions without any discussion. And we had to rework without asking any questions. 6. The whole team has forgotten to even smile. The laugh was kilometers away. 7. It was highly appreciated to sit on the desk without taking any small break except lunch break. पण गम्मत म्हणजे पॉडकास्ट यायच्या आधीच मी जॉब सोडला. मी इतकी स्ट्रेस मध्ये होते की त्याचे माझ्या शरीरावर परिणाम दिसायला लागले.
