- best of Italian high speed trains! these are the fastest trains in the country.
On our high speed railways runs trains like: Frecciarossa (ETR500), Frecciarossa 1000 (ETR400) (Italian speed record of 430 km/h), Frecciargento (ETR475 and ETR600) and Italo NTV (ETR575).
The Yellow train at 7:52 is the DIA.MAN.TE in Italian means trains for tecnologic maintenance, is a diagnostic train for high speed and normal railways, it's very rare!!
these locations are on Rome-Florence and Rome-Naples high speed lines, on the Rome-Florence the max speed is 260 km/h and 300 km/h for Roma-Naples line (commercial speed... these train can be much faster !)

They are beautiful, all the Italian AV trains are brilliant, I prefer the old ETR 500's though, something very solid about them. And still 300kph. Haven't tried the FR 1000 though...
I went on the fr 1000 but i heard it gets to 300kph with Passengers but can get to 400kmpg

Clean and on time? In the Regional train I don't go to the toilet, it isn't clean😓.
@@fabiancillox1 I'm from Milan and the subway is almost always on time and very efficient for example, the frecciarossa and the other trains we use to travel on long distances are always on time

The Italian train is so amazing because in Thailand we haven't had a chance to get on the high speed train, one day would have a chance to take an Italian train.

Meanwhile in nearby croatia trains travel at 25-30 kmh. Epic...
So what's the point of taking the train if with a car you can travel a lot faster?
Because cars kill tons of people and animal, pollute the environment, make a lot of costant noise in cities, take up city space which could be used waaay more efficiently for anything else, cost us a lot of money to repay streets, bridges and all the infrastructure, makes cities worse to live in for anyone else, and even for drivers themselves as the more cars the more traffic, and i could go on for an hour.
For specific cases, like you live in the countryside, you need to move lots of stuff around cars can actually make sense, but not in the quantity they are used anywhere around the world.
Especially when most people drive alone, only to do so basic commute which could be easily be done by trains / busses if government invested more in public transit

There's more space. Ours are built to an old loading gauge. Nice enough, in first, but not a spot on the Italian offerings. And you need a mortgage to travel on ours. Where I live, our outer-suburbans run at 180kph, now, but in those the difference between first and standard class is the colour of the seat coverings. They are often about as comfy as German S-Bahn. Meaning not very comfy at all. I've used Italian and German high-speed (ICE3 Cologne-Frankfurt) and French TGV's which I love. Got onto the platform a bit early for a Paris-Bologna trip, some changes needed, of course, and asked the conductor if I could take the train standing there. Three trains before mine. "Bien sur, m'sieu!" she replied, No hassle, no quibble. She was also able to tell me how I could get to Bologna earlier using her train. And it was her train too, she was proud of it, and well she might have been.

Martin Sorensen I have to say Japan has got my heart overall because they are just precise when it comes to engineering. Don't get me wrong so are the Italians I've lived in Italy 14 years😊
But not the UK where we still struggle to get over 200 kmph.
200 km/h is not bad and still better than in my country, Denmark where max train speed is only 180 kmh and only half of our railways are electrified. At the same time our goverments have spended a vast fortune on warfare in Iraq and Afghanistan in a childish attempt to impress larger countries especially the U.S. and check out the danish IC4 scandal as well.
Complimenti, Marco! Amazing collection, so many locations to marvel at these beasts! Can't really tell which is my favorite although i did admire ETR 485 trains which will probably will be brought to Greece's network on the Athens - Thessaloniki new mainline.

They're all miles better than the new Azuma train we have in the UK. It's abit rubbish and despite it only being a few years old, some sets are showing 'wear' that trains three times as old show. It's embarrassing and a total disgrace. We should look at Italy, aswell as France, Spain, and Germany and take notes. But we're too proud too that's our trouble. The Italo looks amazing..........we need something as good as this on UK railways.
The first one is quite honestly the fastest I've ever seen a train go
They both go at the same speed: 250km/h or 300km/h depending on where they are
But the red one's (not the dark red) is capable of 400 km/h

I didn't know Italy runs its trains CNW style like the Chicago & North Western did. Now I know that Italy is known for its express trains along with its cuisine and its fantastic array of wines.

This is a Frecciargento AV train (AV= High Speed). It's one of the less used train, but it's also comfortable ;)

ciaoo!! :) io ho la testa MVH500AH dal 2013 e non mai usato altro, testa a dir poco fenomenale.. pero' io uso un elastico attaccato con una fascetta alla fine del manico perche' odio le microvibrazioni della mano, elastico o di quelli verdi grandi o anche piu' sottili ma devono essere abbastanza lunghi per garantire buona "manovrabilità" della testa, ci vuole un po di pratica ma quando ci prendi la mano con la tecnica dell'elastico non ne farai piu' a meno!

The speed record for the Frecciarossa 1000 is 394,8km/h, not 430...
And the NTV .italo train is not an ETR575, but it's an AGV575

En españa se supone que tenemos la mejor red ferroviaria de alta velocidad pero como no todas las líneas están preparadas para que los trenes alcancen mas de 250 es relativo... aqui se ve claramente que los trenes si circulan a 300 km/h
