Solo Sequence - Swordplay Drill Class May 1

In this video, Ottawa Swordplay instructor Marla leads you through a half hour solo drill class. This week, Marla takes you through our extended solo play, a series of actions to practice common techniques back to back. This sequence can be practiced with longsword or single handed sword, or adapted to other weapons.
