  • We know that a large part of the back problems that adults develop are the result of bad posture during childhood, that's why I've prepared this exercise, which takes less than 10 minutes, to exercise kids' arms and backs!
    In this technological world, many kids end up maintaining the wrong posture when using cellphones, tablets, playing videogames or watching television. This exercise session focuses on routines that will get kids exercising all the muscles of their back, both lumbar and dorsal, and their arms at the same time. To help the little ones achieve better balance, motor coordination and healthier stretching, these exercises will not only enhance physical strength, but will also encourage good posture habits, building the foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle.
