    The more active kids are, the stronger and healthier they'll grow. Physical activity has benefits for kids' development, helping them to prevent illness and grow into healthy adults. Wheter they exercise at home or elsewhere, it's extremely important that they move their little bodies from an early age! These exercises will improve kids' fitness and help them lose body fat in a fun and enjoyable way. This routine consists of a series of bilateral exercises and moderate-impact cardio, followed by standing exercises that utilize large and small muscle groups, and mat exercises that train the core.
