As MoM’s plan unfolds, the knowledge and experience the Guardians of Light gained from overcoming all of Xehanort’s schemes will be beyond crucial in the upcoming fight. Given what the Master of Masters wants to do, I could easily see a scenario in a future game where he approaches Riku and tries to persuade him (or even coerce him, given his deep longing to end all Darkness) to become one of his vessels to house one of the Darknesses. Why? Well, as far we can tell, Ava jumped ship after learning the truth about the Master; she's doing all she can to defy his orders, so that means the Master's down one vessel. Riku could easily fill that slot - not to mention give him an interesting role for the future of the series: having his resistance pushed to its limits while also warring with whether or not the Master is right in doing this alongside the Foretellers; the possibility of it all makes my brain buzz with excitement. @TheHeartsDivergence Hi, this is my first time finding your channel. I was led here by your previous 2 videos and decided to watch this one as well. As a KH fan from the beginning I must say this was delightful to listen to. One thing I would add to the point of Xehanort's heart being strong enough to control darkness without being consumed by it is the point that in KHUX we find that the player character dies and is reborn as Xehanort. The strength from the player's heart is combined with his giving him, I feel, the potential to grow into the capable weilder that the M.O.M predicted he would be. It's literally the players knowledge and training from the events of the past dealing with light that is protecting him. Only thing needed after that was the knowledge and training of darkness and the knowledge about the world's and Kingdom Hearts itself to push everything forward for Xehanort. This is just to add to the discussion. Great job.
Skept around a bit but I agree completely. When you think about it, Xehanort was really the MoM beta testing the darkness killing plan. As you said, MoM thought Xehanort would be fit to be a Darkness and was and so gave him that gentle push in the KB Graveyard...and then Xehanort's own over zealousness and probably subconscious desire through his respective Darkness caused him to carry out the exact plan except fragmenting himself into 13 much like Darkness' original intent to infect others--except of course his goal was Kingdom Hearts. And given that Xehanort for all intents and purposes was so damn successful doing this and forced Sora to make another world line to avert his win, even one Darkness is clearly too much of a threat to just let them vibe, so I'm very curious what exactly MoM has learned from this multi-world scale expirement. This series is truly small chess games between Light and Dark with no true winner lmao

I must say it's a relief to finally know about most of the MoM plans, and I must say those plans of him makes it difficult to imagine him and the foretellers as the future antagonists of KH 4. If the MoM is just to find vessels with a heart strong enough so the darkness can't possess nor control them, then his plan is basically to jail the 13 darknesses so they can no longer hurt and spread darknesses around the worlds. Unless like you said, the true darkness may prove itself harder to control than planned, and MoM may be willing to go as far as to annihilate the darkness and their vessels in order to completely get rid of it.
Great video and love your thoughts on xehanort having a true darkness from the passed within as he dose have the players heart within him it may be possible, keep up the great work.:)
Hmmmm, didn’t they state it had been a year since the end of kh3 ? Terra had trained him in that year. I see Mickey as Rikus spiritual guide and friend but when it comes to keyblades and darkness terra has the experience needed to guide Riku. He was the only person to defeat Master xehanort by himself.
the master of masters is the guy with the blue hair at the end of kh3 playing frisbee. MoM is afraid to take his robe off and the blue hair guy still has his robe on even when everything is done.
I like this video...the only thing that gives me caution with MoM being right is we dont actually know what the Darkness''s motivation is or if they are even evil outside of them merely wanting to exist... Darkness is very much stated to be a necessary force in the KH universe and from what we saw from Vanitas, There was some genuinely human moments from him and his death was at least sympathetic and not antagonistic towards Sora. MoM is already turning out to be a great villain, but we are very much getting things from his biased viewpoint and it will be interesting to see how our protagonists react to Darkness now that it is no longer an existential threat with Xehanort being gone
@@Raximus3000 were still talking about the literal embodiments of darkness though...and even if they are just beings made of darkness, we still do not know their motivations aside from wanting to spread and exist, which considering OP god master manipulator dude wants to outright destroy darkness, is understandable... All I am saying is that we need to take everything MoM says with a mountain of salt because we only see things from either the perspective of him or his various pawns and the dude is a master manipulator.
@@kleptopolarbear1609 I think they themselves might not even know it. I do agree the MoM could easily have a different plan, but what he does is "desperate" since someone could jump the gun, it all depends on what he has seen. My theory is that those 13 darknesses are the 13 broken off from the x-blade. We have already seen the 7 lights so the 13 darknesses existing is entirely plausible. Now if they are that then the very "instinct" of the Heartless would make some sense. They do no just seek to spread they seek to find their missing pieces. It does make sense in every keyblade war the light and darkness class causing an inferior x-blade to be made and reseting everything. It is the only an answer as to how the MoM and in extention Xehanort could know how to make an x-blade and what it can do. So, all of this is so that he can train Sora to pull of that insane feat.
@@Raximus3000 Your theory could very well be correct. It is nomura who knows what he will do. My theory is since the darkness (xehanort) has been defeated at its strongest and MoM is very clearly a total villain... he wants to outright destroy the darkness altogether, which is bad for the balance of the worlds. We don't know how much of what he's told anyone, even Luxu is correct because thats what he is. My big ol conspiracy theory is he had Xehanort go evil because he was one of the all time great keyblade masters, and would use him to make darkness at its strongest so when it was defeated, it would be greatly weakened. It would be finally then that his he and his foretellers will make a return to eliminate the darkness once and for all. Only Ava wont be there so MoM is waiting in Quadratum for powerful, naive, and isolated/emotionally vulnerable Sora to appear so MoM can manipulate him and recruit him as a foreteller. Regarding the Darkness, while I dont think they're good guys, I do think they serve as some sort of necessary purpose that will be needed for balance and our keyblad heroes will end up fighting on behalf of the darkness against the light
@@kleptopolarbear1609 I doubt that. Firstly that would limit one of the fundumental forces of the universe, never a good idea and secondly that would also take away from the personal theme of the story it is not about darkness or light it is about hearts. Love your video man and plus your character design I'm trying to make mine right now I will tap into Kingdom hearts topic but I had to get through mines first I think it'll be very interesting to Titan Kingdom hearts into reality of life thank you
Your theory is short one thing. It wasn't just asem that had a hold on riku's heart it was Terra. Remember he was the heartless that protected the body of asem and had his mouth sealed the whole time. You could say terra was sending whispers to riku the whole time. You could also say that's why he was really picked for his connection to Terra. However this doesn't stop Mickie from being his true master.
I get the feeling that The Master of Masters and whoever Darkness originally was are game pieces of the Same Higher Dimensional Being. That is why they are "friends". Also, about M.O. M, I think maybe....just maybe...... the Master of Master is a piece of Kingdom Hearts, the God/Goddess of this Reality. So he literally wrote the characters, Sora and Riku, and "he" therefore, is their Mother.
What Can I Say Other Than The Fact That My Character Knew That He Is A Paradoxical Singularity Capable Of Destructive Rips In Space And Time. So My Character Jump Out Of That Timeline; After All, Two Paradoxical Singularities Can't Live In The Same Timeline Otherwise A Paradox Is Created. Signed Ray Chase
I don't think that M.O.M.'s plan would work because his apprentices ended up starting a war in his Absence and Didn't even see it through causing countless sacrifices and casualties for a war they never believed in and didn't have the heart so see finished. I instead think that the 13 darkness's need to be reunited with the 7 princess of light to reforge the true Kingdom Key. And that's something I don't see people addressing, The Darkness's cast off their forms to attack peoples hearts directly so why couldn't the beings of light do the same? Throwing off their physical forms to ward off the darkness that now plagues all the worlds. I really want to see more about the 7 princesses of light and if they are sentient like the 13 Darkness's.
Terra's face is in Ansem, Seeker of Darkness's face. Riku say that face drove him to keep going. Further, Terra, is in the Guardian. So, by Riku/"Ansem" learning to control "him", he learn to channel Darkness better.
Mickey being Riku's master was up for debate? Personally, I think there were "Willful Lights" and MOM is one of them. His desire to destroy the Darkness makes a lot more sense that way. Or its going to be something stupid like Kingdom Hearts came from MOM and it split the worlds into having light and dark.
Mickey being Riku’s true Keyblade Master, now that I can see. 🙂 Unless there’s further evidence that proves that Terra is his "True Keyblade Master", the bequeathing ceremony in BBS doesn’t count (well i mean besides that event in BBS)… I’m going to stick with King Mickey as his Keyblade Master, Mentor, and friend.
If Riku gained strength from being coveted by the darkness and can now utilize the darkness imagine how strong xehanort is going to be since he is good now
Xehanort being good 😂. Nah, never. The Guy jsut accepted that he failed and left with his friend. Bit as far as I am concern he is still bad. He didn't even brought Kairi back.
The master of masters did not cast off his form. He used the machine ven and some of the dandelions used to go to the future. Since we heard his voice, which makes him a man, we can't say he is Sora's mother, as that would require him to cast off his body, and take over another body, preferably a woman in order to have the child. I could see it being Sora's father, as we never even get to know if he was ever there or not, but I mean it would be cool, bring Sora's mom back to scold him, learn what happened, maybe she could get concerned about the keyblade, hinting she knows of it, then lead one thing to another to the point where we learn a bit about Sora's father, hint him at being important, and tie it in. I doubt they would do that though. I just seriously doubt it's his mom. I mean maybe since Nomura has also put attention on Sora's mom on mother's day, maybe that's how he could bring her in, by making her just know something connected to the master, but idk. We would have to wait and see.
The darkness that Ventus harbored and took with him from Union X was stripped from him by Master Xeahanort and it took a physical form as Vanitas who was defeated in the war. Ventus hasn't had a darkness in him since before even meeting Terra and Aqua in BBS.
@@TheHeartsDivergence Then what did Sora fight in ReMind when he was in Ven's heart? It said it was darkness. Do you think Darkness split again before Xehanort took out Vanitas?
@@chrisdaughen5257 That Darkness is the Vanitas unmanifest after being destroyed in BBS. The one who isn't Time displaced. @@Fragmentsinfractals488 That makes sense. I never thought he was time traveling since Van said he needed Monster's Inc's screams to reform himself (I thought it was to recover after their BBS fight). He didn't need a replica the time travelers needed. Ven's talk with Vanitas about "coming home" before their fight in ReMind made it sound like they were still separated.
@@chrisdaughen5257 At 15:57 in this cutscene ruclips.net/video/co8TBDdadfQ/видео.html it is explained that Vanitas's body is indeed a Replica. However, Vanitas realized the only way to complete his Dark Heart is to consume Ventus's Pure Light.. (a thing Darkness tried to do before)
I always felt like the xehanorts was teaching us when fighting them through the games it felt like trials instead of end all be all look at riku hes immune to darkness due to ansem-xehanorts even master xehanort by the end of the game gives sora the keyblade which i think it's the no names true form the lock to the black box anyway xehanort choose to give us the xblade he leaves the future in soras Hands instead of just resetting everything Also we know that another keyblade war will happen xehanort was preparing them for when the darkness arrives
Ava never showed up Luxu saying that she had already completed her mission. Does that mean that at some point she has already been defeated and the darkness inside her defeated?
Mom is probably time traveled Sora or Riku or someone. Someone from later in the story. Nomura does that kinda thing a lot. Look at other KH or other FF. He loves messing with time and dimensions
He has to. It feels like MoM wanted Xehanort to push Sora to his limits, using the PoW to the point where it transports him to "the world of fiction." It's the only explanation why every Xehanort (especially Young Xehanort) was so smug even when Sora reset time on multiple occasions. Xehanort probably thought Sora would hit his limit trying to save Kairi right after he shattered her, but Goofy and Donald calmed him down before that happened.

I think they themselves might not even know it.
@@kleptopolarbear1609
I doubt that. Firstly that would limit one of the fundumental forces of the universe, never a good idea and secondly that would also take away from the personal theme of the story it is not about darkness or light it is about hearts. The thing that causes the battles to be fought and what makes them worth fighting.
p.s.
Sora is too chaotic to use properly he will do smth insane and mess whatever plan you have.
We are prisoners of the divergence
Get this guy some subscribers goddamn his videos are amazing
I mean hey! This guy obviously puts work into these things. Inspiring.
Terra= Goku micky= Picaloe reku= Gohan
You are pretty good at this . You should make more videos 🙂
everyone thought he was xigbar but he was lxlu this whole time and the master of masters is still a mystery of who the is he question
Unless there’s further evidence that proves that Terra is his "True Keyblade Master", the bequeathing ceremony in BBS doesn’t count (well i mean besides that event in BBS)… I’m going to stick with King Mickey as his Keyblade Master, Mentor, and friend.
I love theory videos
Unnecessary Terra slander is unnecessary.
What about Ventus? He also harbored and still harbors a willful Darkness in Vanitas. Does he also have a resistance to the darkness too?
The one in KH3 time travelled to the Future, got defeated, travelled back to the past, was defeat by Ventus and Aqua. Now Darkness again, they slept in Ventus's heart, and are still there now.
@@chrisdaughen5257 At 15:57 in this cutscene ruclips.net/video/co8TBDdadfQ/видео.html
it is explained that Vanitas's body is indeed a Replica. However, because Darkness grew a Dark heart by being in contact with Ventus, Vanitas wants to feed the Darkness he truly is with terror.
Great perspective, I had to subscribe
4:50 😂😂🤣🤣🤣 thats soo true 😅😅
Riku may be a descendant of Ephemer and Xeganort
You're closer than most. You're missing a key detail though. The MoM fell to darkness when Luxu refused to follow through on his plan.
Probably Riku and his purple violet spectral hair
Nomura might just do a uno reverse card and make rikku the show stealer he litteral just about fits thr prophecy
👏👏
NAW BRO...... HE'S EVIL LOL
Ngl I think that Ansem Seeker of Darkness qualifies more as a master for Riku than Mickey
What if the “MOM” is nomura 😂 that’ll never happen but it’s a funny thought 💭
The fact it's even a thought shows how literally anything can happen with Nomura 😂
4:51 lmao
Mom is probably time traveled Sora or Riku or someone. Someone from later in the story. Nomura does that kinda thing a lot. Look at other KH or other FF. He loves messing with time and dimensions
1st
I really hope nomura doesn’t shoehorn in some verum Rex crap into the master of master’s plan
@@chrisdaughen5257 wait, i forgot he was hinted to be in verum rex with sora and riku by showing that hooded figure making a heart symbol at the sky. is nomura really puting all this verum rex stuff into kingdom hearts just because hes still salty that they didnt pick his idea to be the plot of final fantasy 15?
I mean yeah no duh lol of course he used Xehanort
I like this channel. I've always been obsessed with Kingdom Hearts. Thanks for these. It'll be nice to see your come up 🖤
