You are right. It looks like the one I reviewed isn’t available at the moment so the link redirects to one that it thinks is similar. But it does use a different hard drive. I’ll see if I can find the one I used and change the links.
It's a USB hub that has a built in hard drive and card readers that is designed so that the Mac mini rests on top of it. I believe the Manufacturer used to refer to it as a "docking station" which is where I got the term for the video, but they may have changed that. Either way, I still use one and I would not buy another Mac Mini without one. It is well designed and works like it should.

can you have dual screens with this docking station?
You can run a second screen off of the USBC. I would probably use the other one on the MAC and leave the ports on the dock open though.
This work with the 18 Mac mini?
I think so. I don’t think the length and width dimensions have changed since then. As long as there is a USB-C port.
