For some reason i got toughness replenishment and regen mixed up here PROBABLY BECAUSE FATSHARK DOESNT DEFINE ANY OF THESE TERMS ANYWHERE This build has a ton of toughness replenishment (improves coherency regen) so youll want to stick with teammates for some pretty nuts toughness regen. If you wanted to use toughness regen on curio it wouldnt be bad for this build since we can get enemies away from us to regen with shove
The only talent that buffs replenishment is Too Stubborn To Die. Everything else only affects coherency regen. It makes zero sense and there's no consistency, thanks obamashark.

When using the Taunt skill of The Ogryn, You can use this type of trick in the Mutants, and Poxhounds, to for example, in the case of a edge or chasm, and while they will try to grab/jump on You, if You success dodge them, they will instead throw themselves in the chasm? Also, at 16:37 You can try to Bash them, to gives more damage with the Club or, the computer don't recognize it? I mean, when the grenade detonates, You can try to keeping giving a Chain Damage on them, by using a horizontal bash attack?
If the sniper is hit by one pellet it counts as 10 because minimum pellet count. Same thing makes the mkV ripper a great sniper but only on unbraced shots, that counts as 5 hits out of 7 pellets so it's doing almost full damage from a single pellet, braced it only counts as 3 so that's why you shouldn't brace it. You can also QQ cancel the burst on the mkV to save ammo on distant shots.
Been rocking the kickback forever now, fell in love with it months ago and use a VERY simliar build to this. But yea, its just a railgun, love the thing.
You wanna drop run and gun and pick 8% damage the reason to use kickback is 2 reasons ive been ogryn only since day1 and ran only kickback . Kickback has 2 uses 1st use to knock groups of crushers and maulers aand anything else over to stop you getting swarmed knock everything over swap to melee reload repeat the other use and probablywhere the gun shines most is on very high difficulty when you have a long straight part of the map to stay back and keep putting shot after shot downrange youll absolutely melt everything running at you especially when you hit the 5×8 damage multiplier good hunting the only suck part is accidentally hitting the dh
Havent felt the need for extra damage with the kickback while using it, I consistently one shot maulers to the torso up close and mutants which is made much easier with the 30% tighter spread, since it seems I need most to do so. Reapers usually only take a single headshot up close or two from range which is fine since it knocks them on their ass and makes them useless for a good 4-5 seconds. The only things it can't one shot is man sized targets at extreme range and enemies you can't really hit the one shot breakpoint on. Plus the better spread makes it more reliable to snipe with and do huge chunks of damage to bosses with weakpoint hits during barrage.
I like the ripper gun. use the can opener blessing. stab an armored opponent. expend 4 or 5 rounds. they dead. tis a beautiful thing. I do LOVE the kickback though
I believe having Surgical instead of Full bore would be much better in terms of dps, but since you are using Gunlugger tree actually Blaze Away would be more beneficial. Also for the skills at the btm right should go for Massacre rather than Towering Presence, 50% Radius is not really that great. but still overall love the build

Only affects coherence toughness regen, which is a flat number. Not an optimal choice. Edit: Might not be a flat number, i don't actually remember, but it is still only coherence regen which isn't affected by most talents. Ability regen, toughness%, or stamina regen are going to usually be your top picks. The biggest effect you are probably feeling from the toughness regen curio is that the delay to start regen is shortened.
@Ajss321 I'm going off the Ogrynomicon and experience just changing to it you notice you will last longer, at least I did, or maybe I just had a got lucky that game
@@TheCyzergy well it isn't that it doesn't help at all, it's just that the other curio options are usually more helpful when you can get toughness replenishment from so many other sources such as blessings and the talent tree. If it works for you and you don't see an improvement to your gameplay from those other options, all power to you to keep using it.
You can see that i was carrying the team with the build, you can also see that even a good build cant protect you against making poor decisions or having a teammate make poor decisions
I think it showcased the build quite well. It also shows how it performs when the team isn’t performing. I’ve seen a few build reviews where the build “carries” but the other 3 members were exceptional and could’ve done the run with a bot without issues.

Huge kickback tip, the special attack counts as a heavy attack so you restore 20% toughness every swing AND apply bleeds.
Lol i thought they fixed that, maybe it was just the grenade gauntlet

Kicked ass helping with the Onslaught penance as well, made it a breeze.
And stacks heavy handed too if you want five stacks fast to swap to your pickaxe

Also want to add that the kickback with a small ammo crate gives I think 6 or 8 ammo back, which is massive for its’ use on far away elites

I really don't like using the shield with the ogryn, just feels clunky and it's so large. If you weren't using the shield, what would you use instead?
Mk 1 bully club probably, but shield is hugely better
Spam Heavy 1, and aim for heads. With the perk Headtaker you decapitate everything. It's not a shield, it's a horizontal guillotine
My dump stat is reload speed. It really doesn't do much.

Why would you only post a game where you fail? Defeats the point of a good build.
