This is kind of neat to see, being a South Florida native. I remember David Singer (saw a commercial for him back in 2007, which showed he was still in practice then) and Gross and Telisman, saw many commercials about them in my childhood. I was a year and a half old when this was broadcasted.
Kind of weird seeing advertisements for places that are long gone now.

This is great, Pannoni. It so recalls the mood of daytime ads way back when even though it's not my childhood era or TV market. It still feels very much like 1970s NYC daytime TV, although the ads for household products like groceries or laundry detergent seem to be long gone. Whatever happened to all these technical school ads? I haven't watched daytime TV in quite some time, but I don't remember seeing any school commercials the last time I did. Don't people want to improve their job prospects anymore?

I still see spots for Strayer University or University of Phoenix or other "supercampuses" occasionally, but it seems like the increased presence of "haves" and "have nots" forces only the big wigs to sponsor themselves more, and if there are household product ads, they're 10-or 15 second spots sandwiched in between those 60-second "ask your doctor" pharmaceuticals or insurance/law firms.
