That’s one hot looking jacket. Why do these brands that make expensive jackets use Velcro. It fails after a few years to grab well. Surely there’s better fixtures.
I bought the Alpinestars RT-8 . Rode for 60 km. and threw them in the dumpster when i got back home. These are Wellingtons made of wood and stiff plastic. Absolutely no feeling with the gear lever and the flat sole made me seaching for the foot pegs all the time. I can´t believe that Alpinestars ( A premium brand? ) want their name on these. I strongly recommend avoiding them. My other boots are Dainese Torque D1 and Icon Stormhawk. Both in a completely different league. Both MUCH better boots for riding and walking.
@@wavecreatures Good to hear that! I bought the Andes V3 Stella trousers for winter riding. I also like the white/grey colour scheme so I can be more visible in rain and grey UK weather.
If you go off-road you probably want to consider something with more protection like the Alpinestars Toucan. Or if seriously off-road, then perhaps a Tech 7.
Never thought I'd be mesmerized by watching zippers get opened. What were the zippers all about anyway? What am i doing here?? Ah, jackets, yes, of course. . . thanks for distracting me.
