- The Celestron Dew Prevention collection is a complete suite of dew prevention products that's sure to have the right solution for your Celestron telescope. These must-have accessories will improve your observing or imaging nights year-round. Choose from the Dew Heater ring, Aluminum Dew Shield, the Smart DewHeater Controller, or a combination of these. The Dew Heater Ring permanently mounts to your telescope to provide consistent heat to your corrector plate. The Aluminum Dew Shield prevents dew from forming on your corrector lens. Lastly, the Smart DewHeater Controller uses real-time data to provide just enough heat to prevent dew from forming, prolonging battery life. I have an old C14 (2008). Will the aluminum dew shield and dew heaters work with it or will these only work with the EdgeHD models? Thanks.
I have a Edge HD 800 telescope. Is it possible to only buy the ring and install that? Or is the controller a must?

will you be making a EDGE HD version i know the standard dew heater will fit but i like the EDGE HD logo to be retained if possible
There are no plans at this time to include an EdgeHD logo on the new Dew Heater Rings.
Will this work with a HyperStar camera cable along with a second usb cable connected to the camera (i.e., will I be able to exit these two cables?)
