    *I hope we have well staffed and well managed fire departments in CA.* If yes, at least we have one pillar of our CA society that’s thriving and reliable. We’re in desperate need of teachers, police officers, and frontline healthcare staff. I’m aware that’s a nationwide issue generally speaking, but I’m concerned with the specific barriers & possible solutions for CA where my work is until I can retire or win the lottery.
