I have never seen such a mess! Tomorrow morning I am going out to my garage and start cleaning up. Looking at your garage makes me want to clean. I’m curious if you have ever finished a project? It looks like there are several started projects.
There's really a lot of options for doing it. If nothing else, thanks to the streetfighter scene, there's a huge number of suppliers selling everything from conversion upper triples to weld-on adapters to even simple single bolt drill-install risers. You can get proper handlebars on just about anything. I'll probably end up running some kind of standard bars with this build.
Hi Mark! I'm honestly not sure because I don't know what the offset of the forks are on the Boulevards. It's a pretty straight forward swap with a lot of sportbike forks because they're narrower. I know without a doubt that you'll be able to mount the forks, but not 100% cetain you'll clear your tank.
The bearing housing between the trees on the suzuki boulevard is longer then the honda shadow vt1100c from what I measured but I found out that the boulevard just has fork covers that makes them look fatter. I might just get me some covers some day and see if I can put them on my forks
Hi, dou you think its possible that a Shadow 600 or ninja 300 fork is compatible with a Vulcan S(also in terms of weight capacity)? I know is a very specific question but it is a project Im currently working in....
In a sense they are...it's just a matter of swapping bearings and possible the stem...unfortunately I've never gone that way myself so I can't offer a lot of specific advice. I can tell you that if you're trying to work with what you have on hand and your Vulcan needs forks you might be better served to sell the Shadow and Ninja parts and buy the "known fit" parts. I've been down this road a great many times and sometimes it's far more bumpy than its worth.

What front end did you swap this from and to the shadow?
It was originally a Shadow 750, as per the title of the video. The Forks and triples I moved to on this bike were Triumph 675.
You should change the tittle to One Guys Lucky Day
Will I be able to put a fatter forks on my vt1100c shadow? Like off of a suzuki Boulevard.

Is this a phantom? What gold forks were those?? Thanks
I honestly don't know if it was a phantom or an ace...it came to me as a wreck. The forks are Triumph 675R
I have a 1988 Honda Shadow 800 and am looking to swap its forks with a 1984 Honda Magna 700 you think this will work?
I can tell you that the front ends between the two bikes will interchange, but I can't tell you how effective the swap would be (if it would "work")
