Nice anticlimactic beginning! :D HMs are a pain in this game. Otherwise the challenge went really smoothly. These caves are very confusing, I always forgot which floor I was on after a battle ended (and there are a lot of battles!) I love Golbat's sprite too! It's saying 'I'm gonna eat you!' just as much as 'I'm just here to troll!' :D Bike music glitch! I can't believe I've never seen that. Or did I just never notice..? Looking forward to the stream later today, as well as seeing Porygon in action in your next battle!
I think with Repels, this would've been a pretty uneventful video. But I also wouldn't have leveled up Florian or Bellissima quite so much! haha ...Still haven't decided whether they're "kosher" or not in these runs. Not sure what I'll do for Victory Road...or Cerulean Cave... Yeah, I think it captures Golbat's personality perfectly! Just like how Safia's Batty has a great name, and it fits the sprite! And yeah, I don't think I'd heard of that glitch before...but someone probably knows about it. Maybe it just got overshadowed by all the other glitches... Glad that you'll be able to make it to the stream! =D (I got in some high quality level grinding while getting my game time up to Safia's...it's no longer a pure liability in my team! So this will be a fun battle~)
I have been wanting a rival to battle with another RUclipsr to make my series different and more interesting, I was wondering if you guys were to do a series on Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl would you like to collaborate for rival battles?
I really wish I could say yes, but with the holidays coming up, I'm on a bit of a "money fast" for at least the rest of the month. I don't think I'll be picking up BD/SP until a price drop comes along. =( I really do appreciate you asking, though! It would be really fun to collaborate with another RUclipsr that way.

It could be something different for the viewers and both grant us exposure in the co-op community albeit small, it could be a fun way to spice things up!

@@BabusGameRoom I’m definitely not a competitive battler, but I know my way around Pokémon I would say that we are pretty similar when it comes to game knowledge. The idea that I had for my series is after every gym battle my rival and I would pause our progress on the game and then have a rival battle to see which team is more well versed.
A shiny in Gen 2 ? Except the Red Gyarados wich is guaranted, I never found any Shiny in a Gen 2 game, and I have some hundred hours combine for this Gen. Anyway, kid do make mistake, exchanging a shiny for Articuno doesn't sound that bad, but personnaly I would never do that trade now haha. I always find Articuno before finding the exit too in those caves, you're not alone haha!
I also wouldn't do that trade now, but I loved that Articuno. I didn't have a Gen 1 game at the time (and only 1 GB), so it was impossible for me to get an Articuno in my game otherwise! Also it was some stupid Pokemon that I'd never use, and it was low level to boot! Haha I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one to find Articuno by accident! I think it made things less interesting because my team wasn't all Beat up by that point...but I'm not going to complain about that!! Ahaha
