Few minutes ago I was singing, praying making my bed, then the Lord came into my room, I knelt to the floor and was weeping, first I felt fear, my body was trembling, I asked for peace and to be still, I asked what I should do, I heard “sit”, I sat on the floor and this song started to play, I paid attention to the lyrics, and understood what God was asking me to do, to focus on him, worship him. The Lord is saying he already knows what we have need of, and he will supply all our needs according to his riches of glory. Focus on worshipping him, focus on seeking him and the heart of Jesus. God is close to us.
I went to church this morning since I haven't been to church in awhile due to emotions and depression and we sang this song and I burst into tears and felt the Holy spirit move me and now I can't stop listening to this song over and over and over again
I hated church growing up because I was always forced there by my parents. I never saw the true beauty of Christ until I met my wife. She brought me back into the church and it has been one heck of a ride. I can tell you that with God as the foundation in your life, there is NOTHING that can destroy you. Jesus Christ is King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

I was a drunkard, fornicator, I use to club and pop pills, but i had a encounter with JESUS while in jail facing 5-10 years.. and JESUS made me over again at age 23.. 8yrs later hallelujah I'm still free and born again, still filled with the Holy Ghost.. Not sure where you reside, but there is a lot of Christian music that breaks the typical stereotypes and, like this one, can be very moving. We have station KSBJ that plays contemporary Christian music and I keep it playing in my car always. It helps deflect all the negativity we are encountering now. At the heart of every true believer in Jesus Christ, is a heart of worship for our God. Nothing else... John 4:23 - But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. (when all else fades, we only have our Creator to love and worship for ever and ever and ever...) 1 John 4:19 - We love him, because he first loved us. (to add, this is what my heart feels, however, that’s not to say thar Christians can only listen to Christian worship music. All music can be enjoyed. At this moment in my life my preference is Christian worship)
I was asleep and in my dream I was surrounded by demons. I can usually fight my way out. But this time I was surrounded there was no way out. Literally there where tons of them. My spirit(heart) said "I just want you" automatically I was lifted up into a cloud of protection, peace and joy. I was in the presence of the Holy spirit and no demon could touch me nor was I scared. When I woke up my spirit(heart) was singing. I did not physically say these words or even think them. My spirit was singing "I just want you and nothing else nothing else will do" I didn't recognize the song so I googled it. This was the song as I listened I cried like a baby. We can't loose focus. We might be surrounded at times but we are always protected and must keep are focus on the presence of Jesus :)

Let us no longer look for the blessing but for the blesser. And when in sin let us no longer run away from Jesus but to him and ask him to wash us of all unrighteousness and continue walking with Jesus. Never let sin stop us from reading the word of god and seeking Jesus and worshiping him

Oh good, it's not just me. I'm a 54 yr old divorced dad. I've always had faith and believed, but never walked close to Jesus. I've never experienced traumatic life events like so many, so it's embarrassing to be depressed, defeated and broken. But 45 years of non stop failure since grade school, in the midst of every opportunity, can catch up to you in a way that's hard to comprehend. A mental disorder diagnosed a little late in life. The Holy Spirit really started working in me in 2021. Then I started waking up. Little by little, walking closer with Jesus, peeling away sinful behaviors, words and thoughts through the power of the Holy Spirit. The Lord has been blessing me and healing me. Little by little, the Holy Spirit helps me, then I have to make efforts , and so on. I am a new person, that's all there is to it. I now thank God for all of the pain of so much failure, because I have achieved a level of humility that can never be undone. I praise God for every good thing. I heard this song in church and was singing along and it touched my spirit. I listened again on the way home in the car and it touched me even more. I've never played piano before in my life, but I happen to have one at my house from a friend that moved. I've always wanted to be able to play just one song on piano and thought that I could learn to actually play piano and sing this song as a prayer to God. I came home and looked up a tutorial and spent 6 hours on Sunday learning to play and sing this song. I get up in the morning and practice a little. and a little more when I get home from work. I still have tears in my eyes when I sing it. I still have a long way to go to play it and master it, but i'll get there. The same as my walk with Jesus.

I have been struggling in deciding something which will either break me or make me. I asked God for a sign. He has given so much signs, but I'm really hard deaded, then I went to church yesterday, this was the song for our praise and worship, I cried because He really wants to prevent me from breaking myself and going back to that very thing that broke me few years ago. Study the Book of Romans. Specifically Romans 7 and 8. Paul talks about how we're still living with our flesh (sinful nature), and that every Christian goes through this struggle with sin because of that TRUTH. But, he also gave solutions and practical strategies on how we can WIN EVERYDAY against it, both 7 and 8 has answers. Not just reflect on the chapters, but really study. So since we're born in a sinful nature we all sin and therefore we aren't christians until we repent for our sins and accept and follow Jesus Christ

Most people even alot of historians and scientists agree that jesus existed but they don't believe he did miracles and was God but as most of them know there were eye witness testimonies and they saw jesus die they also were killed for saying jesus was lord. Whatever you struggle with, find a verse that gives you something to hold onto. Ephesians 6:10-24 talks bout the armor of God. The word is our sword. For me I struggled with suicide and thoughts. Whenever I felt low I’d always say out loud a verse that helped me keep on going. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. -Romans --12:21- That is my verse to fight the temptation but there are so many others that also help.

I’m amazed by the lyrics in this song. I’m sure that many can relate to these words. I grew up in the Lutheran church and we sang songs out of hymnals. I did love those old time songs, but the music today speaks to my heart and my soul! I love all the Christian songs now and can feel Gods voice through these songs. Our church just had a night of worship that was 2 hours long with lots of praising, standing, moving, singing, and hearing Gods voice. Our worship team was amazing in instrumenting this event. Should have taped it to use with my praying and studying time.

2 years ago I heard a song at my friends church, I loved it. But I could never find it online. This year in march I went to the same kind of thing there They played it again. But I couldn't find it again. This song wanted to make me cry I felt so connected to God when singing it. This week has not been good it has been one of my worst weeks. I have been feeling horrible about myself but I have talked to many people and they have helped me feel better but still I feel bad about myself and I don't know how to say it out loud. On lets say Tuesday I added a bunch of Christian song suggestions to my watch later playlist to see if I liked them. I had never heard any of them before they just came up. I was listening to them just now and I heard that song. In my lowest week the Lord put that song there and gave me the impulse to just pick a bunch of random Christian songs. Omg it's incredible.

Exactly 2 years in jail because of drugs not knowing that God would still give me a chance to renew my life. Now, I’m here, living my life to the fullest. When I got out, my girlfriend wanted me to be involved in the church but some of my friend’s told me-or may have thought that I’m just going to church for some kind of agenda. But now, I’m proud to say, I’m not here for God’s blessing, I’m here because of Him and His forgiveness. He reminded me that He-Himself alone is enough. God bless us all 🤍
ICU nurse. Covid patient. Can’t even begin to describe his month long struggle to live. We all watched, doctors and nurses alike. Tears were shed watching this man fight to live. I added this music list because the majority of songs on this patients playlist were by Cody Carnes, a talent I didn’t know of until this patient became my responsibility. He didn’t make it in the end. I’ll never forget him. Observing and participating in his struggle, all the while his playlist playing in the background. My daughter was shot and killed at the age of 24 by a new boyfriend who stalked her and became violent. He is still walking free. I don't know where moms get their faith from. I have been through a lifetime of traumas, but this one... this one broke me. I no longer know who I am. I pray for your joy...that it is full. I grew up in the streets, the streets raised me and made me a gangsta, I was a blood, I sold dope. Been in shoot outs, fights, in and out of jail since age 17, I robbed people and got robbed. I was a drunkard, fornicator, I use to club and pop pills, but i had a encounter with JESUS while in jail facing 5-10 years.. and JESUS made me over again at age 23.. 8yrs later hallelujah I'm still free and born again, still filled with the Holy Ghost.. JESUS is a mighty deliverer bless his Holy name NOTHING else will do

Not sure where you reside, but there is a lot of Christian music that breaks the typical stereotypes and, like this one, can be very moving. We have station KSBJ that plays contemporary Christian music and I keep it playing in my car always. It helps deflect all the negativity we are encountering now. I was asleep and in my dream I was surrounded by demons. I can usually fight my way out. But this time I was surrounded there was no way out. Literally there where tons of them. My spirit(heart) said "I just want you" automatically I was lifted up into a cloud of protection, peace and joy. I was in the presence of the Holy spirit and no demon could touch me nor was I scared. When I woke up my spirit(heart) was singing. I did not physically say these words or even think them. My spirit was singing "I just want you and nothing else nothing else will do" I didn't recognize the song so I googled it. This was the song as I listened I cried like a baby. We can't loose focus. We might be surrounded at times but we are always protected and must keep are focus on the presence of Jesus :)

Oh good, it's not just me. I'm a 54 yr old divorced dad. I've always had faith and believed, but never walked close to Jesus.
I've never experienced traumatic life events like so many, so it's embarrassing to be depressed, defeated and broken. But 45 years of non stop failure since grade school, in the midst of every opportunity, can catch up to you in a way that's hard to comprehend.
A mental disorder diagnosed a little late in life.
The Holy Spirit really started working in me in 2021. Then I started waking up. Little by little, walking closer with Jesus, peeling away sinful behaviors, words and thoughts through the power of the Holy Spirit.
The Lord has been blessing me and healing me. Little by little, the Holy Spirit helps me, then I have to make efforts , and so on.
I am a new person, that's all there is to it. I now thank God for all of the pain of so much failure, because I have achieved a level of humility that can never be undone. I praise God for every good thing.
I heard this song in church and was singing along and it touched my spirit. I listened again on the way home in the car and it touched me even more.
I've never played piano before in my life, but I happen to have one at my house from a friend that moved. I've always wanted to be able to play just one song on piano and thought that I could learn to actually play piano and sing this song as a prayer to God.
I came home and looked up a tutorial and spent 6 hours on Sunday learning to play and sing this song. I get up in the morning and practice a little. and a little more when I get home from work. I still have tears in my eyes when I sing it.
I still have a long way to go to play it and master it, but i'll get there. The same as my walk with Jesus.
I cannot wait where you’ll do this for the Lord JesusChrist in heaven as I sit next to Him listening to you glorifying Him. He deserves this forever

I have been struggling in deciding something which will either break me or make me. I asked God for a sign. Study the Book of Romans. Specifically Romans 7 and 8. Paul talks about how we're still living with our flesh (sinful nature), and that every Christian goes through this struggle with sin because of that TRUTH. But, he also gave solutions and practical strategies on how we can WIN EVERYDAY against it, both 7 and 8 has answers.
Not just reflect on the chapters, but really study. They helped me win the already won battle. God bless you, sibling in Christ!

I’m amazed by the lyrics in this song. I’m sure that many can relate to these words. I grew up in the Lutheran church and we sang songs out of hymnals. I did love those old time songs, but the music today speaks to my heart and my soul! I love all the Christian songs now and can feel Gods voice through these songs. Our church just had a night of worship that was 2 hours long with lots of praising, standing, moving, singing, and hearing Gods voice. Our worship team was amazing in instrumenting this event. Should have taped it to use with my praying and studying time.

2 years ago I heard a song at my friends church, I loved it. But I could never find it online. This year in march I went to the same kind of thing there They played it again. But I couldn't find it again. This song wanted to make me cry I felt so connected to God when singing it. This week has not been good it has been one of my worst weeks. I have been feeling horrible about myself but I have talked to many people and they have helped me feel better but still I feel bad about myself and I don't know how to say it out loud. On lets say Tuesday I added a bunch of Christian song suggestions to my watch later playlist to see if I liked them. I had never heard any of them before they just came up. I was listening to them just now and I heard that song. In my lowest week the Lord put that song there and gave me the impulse to just pick a bunch of random Christian songs. Omg it's incredible.
This is one of the songs that brought me closer to Christ when I was going through some things thank you Jesus for saving me I love you father God Holy Spirit in me⛪💝🙏
Exactly 2 years in jail because of drugs not knowing that God would still give me a chance to renew my life. Now, I’m here, living my life to the fullest. When I got out, my girlfriend wanted me to be involved in the church but some of my friend’s told me-or may have thought that I’m just going to church for some kind of agenda. But now, I’m proud to say, I’m not here for God’s blessing, I’m here because of Him and His forgiveness. He reminded me that He-Himself alone is enough. God bless us all 🤍

ICU nurse. Covid patient. Can’t even begin to describe his month long struggle to live. We all watched, doctors and nurses alike. Tears were shed watching this man fight to live. I added this music list because the majority of songs on this patients playlist were by Cody Carnes, a talent I didn’t know of until this patient became my responsibility.
He didn’t make it in the end. I’ll never forget him. Observing and participating in his struggle, all the while his playlist playing in the background.

We just lost our son to a drug overdose. My little boy, my baby, my child. I stood at his grave, raised my hands to the One who now holds my son and praised Him while listening to this song. 💔
I lost my son in November. This is one of the few songs thg that brings me overwhelming peace. I'm so sorry for your loss.💙
My daughter was shot and killed at the age of 24 by a new boyfriend who stalked her and became violent. He is still walking free. I don't know where moms get their faith from. The loss has stripped me of my complete and unquestionable faith. Faith, I said, that could not be so shaken. Now it's but a grain of sand, easy to lose in the dark. I have been through a lifetime of traumas, but this one... this one broke me. I no longer know who I am. I pray for your joy...that it is full. I pray for your peace, that it is constant, and your faith that it is unwavering. May you never feel alone.
