Hey! I've come to say I remember a time when I had no one but one, and his name is Jesus. I was all alone in my depressive state but then I heard from God and I started to "Pray to Him" rather than focus on myself and the depression and He brought me out! Just give yourself to Him and He will be your very best friend!

Most of my friends are lukewarm so called christians. I don't talk to them much anymore including my family who are the same. They can actually corrupt your life and the enemy will use them to ruin your walk with God that's the reason I stay away from them. I also been staying off Tiktok too much going on in there where people are fighting over the word of God and throwing insults they don't even try to bring people to Christ they are all pushing them away the only thing God told me to do is to not worry about them. To just pray for them and and I will obey him.
My mother is now in stage 4 cancer, please include her in your prayers. I'm crying right now as I type this. But I am hopeful that Lord will heal her. God bless us all!

35 years addicted to smoking cannabis daily. Started in early teens from family issues. Praise the Lord I'm 1 year sober, born again, new life in Christ Jesus, attending church weekly and have dedicated my life to God, repenting, praying, loving and forgiving all. 🙏 UPDATE: Please pray for me. After 14 months I relapsed. After getting 20+ PRP injections in my back and shoulder, I took a hit of cannabis to ease the pain as I don't take any meds. It did help, and it was enjoyable, and I felt inspired to read the Bible longer than I ever have. This justified a bong hit every night for 10 days until I told myself I'm becoming addicted again. I stopped for a week, felt I had conquered it and could use it on occasion, then smoked in the evening for another week before stopping again. It's very subtle, and can be enjoyable, but also makes me anti-social and fogs the brain. Jesus is enough, He fills my cup, but I'm battling an addiction and reality I've had my entire life. I'm off it again and appreciate the love and support from the Christian community God bless you.

I’m a recovering addict. June I’ll be NINE years clean! I lost custody of my kids. I was homeless. I had NOTHING but GOD! He heard my cries. He wipes my tears & told me to GET UP. He’s far more powerful than any substance. Start going into a place of quietness with just yourself, the Bible, & God. Get on your knees & ask for forgiveness & repentance! Ask him to have mercy on you! Ask from your HEART, not your head. Here I am NINE years after the worst days of my life & I have full custody of my children. Working at a family medicine doctor office, in a BIG religious foundation/corporation. I have my own house, 2020 van, & married. The road here was by far not the easiest. But HE got me here. & if I can do it, YOU can! Trust me!

I pray for the times I let the world get the better of me. I pray for the times I apologized for my sins but kept doing it. I pray for the times I didn't pray for someone who needed it. Thank you for still loving me even when I'm not in your presence and for when I sin. I'm sorry for not loving you with the same intensity you want me to. JESUS you are so BEAUTIFUL. You saved me and filled me with your SPIRIT in a prison cell in 1991 at the age of 28 having spent from the age of 13 locked up every year in care homes, institutions and prison. I was lost in drug addiction and crime. You are continually healing me from childhood trauma, physical, verbal and sexual abuse. JESUS you have never ever left my side and even when I have made bad choices your faithfulness and love always draw me back in line. JESUS you are beautiful beyond description.
I was a drug and alcohol addict. I o.deed twice. I never thought I would stop I didn’t know how to live without drugs and alcohol. But praise God January 2024 God took it all, filled me with his spirit, now I can be a husband and a father to my family. Thank you Jesus, you don’t owe me anything.

I was homeless too stuck in my addiction in and out of jail too but now I have a little bit over a year clean currently employed and living life to the the fullest these are are blessings from God.

That's how I feel. My faith is strong, but distractions get ahold of me and it's hard for me to figure out my way back. That's where I'm at now. Diving into personal time with God (through worship, praying, reading the Bible) even if I don't feel like it is the way that helps me refocus on Him.

My wife Melanie of 5 1/2 years was killed 6 months ago after shots were fired at our home, one of which struck her while she was reading a bedtime Bible story to our 6-month-old. I now find myself a single father with two daughters (1 & 2 1/2 years old) at the age of 26. But despite the immense pain/loss I feel, I know God is good, faithful and worthy to be praised; even when I don't understand it. So instead of cursing or blaming Him, I choose to be like Job, saying "The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; Blessed be the name of the Lord". This song is beautifully written and a wonderful reminder to never stop singing His praise! I attended a fellowship and met a famous person (if you're curious, you can look up Rainey Holt Qualley on the internet). Despite the fact that I had next to nothing to my name, she put me in touch with a firm that turned out to be pivotal. I owe it to God and to this woman to express my gratitude. I'd want everyone here to help me show my appreciation to her. I talk about her often and at every available occasion. One week before my son was diagnosed with leukemia I sat and worshiped as I listened to this song. The Holy Spirit led me to pray for God to spare my two year old son. At that point there was nothing that led me to believe his life was in danger. I prayed this prayer so deep and with such conviction, like I had never prayed before. The Holy Spirit spoke to me and told me there was a problem with his white blood cells. I cried out for God, I cried out so deep. God heard. Today my son is in treatment but I thank God for saving my son, for allowing us to catch the leukemia when we did.

My wife before I met her had a diabetic coma and stroke. The doctors told her she would never live a normal life and she wouldn't be able to read beyond a 3rd grade level. She chose to believe God instead. God healed her and she graduated college with honors. She also gave me two wonderful boys and that too the doctors said couldn't happen. GOD can do it. Trust Him in all things.

Most of my friends are lukewarm so called christians. I don't talk to them much anymore including my family who are the same. They can actually corrupt your life and the enemy will use them to ruin your walk with God that's the reason I stay away from them. I also been staying off Tiktok too much going on in there where people are fighting over the word of God and throwing insults they don't even try to bring people to Christ they are all pushing them away the only thing God told me to do is to not worry about them. To just pray for them and and I will obey him.
My mother is now in stage 4 cancer, please include her in your prayers. I'm crying right now as I type this. But I am hopeful that Lord will heal her. God bless us all!

35 years addicted to smoking cannabis daily. Started in early teens from family issues. Praise the Lord I'm 1 year sober, born again, new life in Christ Jesus, attending church weekly and have dedicated my life to God, repenting, praying, loving and forgiving all. 🙏 UPDATE: Please pray for me. After 14 months I relapsed. After getting 20+ PRP injections in my back and shoulder, I took a hit of cannabis to ease the pain as I don't take any meds. It did help, and it was enjoyable, and I felt inspired to read the Bible longer than I ever have. This justified a bong hit every night for 10 days until I told myself I'm becoming addicted again. I stopped for a week, felt I had conquered it and could use it on occasion, then smoked in the evening for another week before stopping again. It's very subtle, and can be enjoyable, but also makes me anti-social and fogs the brain. Jesus is enough, He fills my cup, but I'm battling an addiction and reality I've had my entire life. I'm off it again and appreciate the love and support from the Christian community God bless you.

You saved me and filled me with your SPIRIT in a prison cell in 1991 at the age of 28 having spent from the age of 13 locked up every year in care homes, institutions and prison. I was lost in drug addiction and crime. You are continually healing me from childhood trauma, physical, verbal and sexual abuse. JESUS you have never ever left my side and even when I have made bad choices your faithfulness and love always draw me back in line. JESUS you are beautiful beyond description.

I was homeless too stuck in my addiction in and out of jail too but now I have a little bit over a year clean currently employed and living life to the the fullest these are are blessings from God.

My wife Melanie of 5 1/2 years was killed 6 months ago after shots were fired at our home, one of which struck her while she was reading a bedtime Bible story to our 6-month-old. I now find myself a single father with two daughters (1 & 2 1/2 years old) at the age of 26. But despite the immense pain/loss I feel, I know God is good, faithful and worthy to be praised; even when I don't understand it. So instead of cursing or blaming Him, I choose to be like Job, saying "The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; Blessed be the name of the Lord". This song is beautifully written and a wonderful reminder to never stop singing His praise! I attended a fellowship and met a famous person (if you're curious, you can look up Rainey Holt Qualley on the internet). Despite the fact that I had next to nothing to my name, she put me in touch with a firm that turned out to be pivotal. I owe it to God and to this woman to express my gratitude. I'd want everyone here to help me show my appreciation to her. I talk about her often and at every available occasion. One week before my son was diagnosed with leukemia I sat and worshiped as I listened to this song. The Holy Spirit led me to pray for God to spare my two year old son. At that point there was nothing that led me to believe his life was in danger. I prayed this prayer so deep and with such conviction, like I had never prayed before. The Holy Spirit spoke to me and told me there was a problem with his white blood cells. I cried out for God, I cried out so deep. God heard. Today my son is in treatment but I thank God for saving my son, for allowing us to catch the leukemia when we did.

My wife before I met her had a diabetic coma and stroke. The doctors told her she would never live a normal life and she wouldn't be able to read beyond a 3rd grade level. She chose to believe God instead. God healed her and she graduated college with honors. She also gave me two wonderful boys and that too the doctors said couldn't happen. GOD can do it. Trust Him in all things.

This song really speaks alot about how most of us live our lives as "Christians". Most of the time, we come to God praying for this and that, asking for something and someone. I'm at that point where I can't even remember the last time I sought only Jesus in prayer and my daily life. Jesus is enough! To anyone who is reading this, remember your first love.

I wish when I was 16 I had that understanding of the power of prayer to Jesus Christ, I am over 40 now and I am just glad I did not wait much longer. I remember The partying was not that enjoyable, depression and PTSD was my daily bread, I remember thinking there had to be something better, I almost drank myself to death, now I pray until I get his abundant life and joy.
Last night at youth the worship team played this song and everybody broke down in tears and you could really see God move throughout our youth. it was truly amazing and life altering to see. ✝️💕
