I really appreciate you doing this for us fellow big guys man, I knwo it sucks to walk around a hot ass park, waiting in line just to try a seat you know you probably wont make just to show us. Hats off to you man
Hello I work at poltergeist at six flags and i wanted to say that if you sit in the back and you’re plus sized your more likely to be able to get your seatbelt buckled because not all seatbelts are the same length! Also love this video
Having a seat at the entrance to each ride is awesome. Being able to find out if you will or will not fit in a seat on the ride before entering the queue is very helpful.
I'm going with some friends to six flags soon and I hate being turned away at rides for my size. Thank you for helping fellow food enthusiasts with your fat tests! 😂❤
Not to be negative at all but years ago I was about 275 and went to universal studios in Orlando. I could only ride certain rides in the big boy seats. I got home and said something has to change because I love rides especially roller coasters. I then proceeded to lose 80 pounds in 10 months. Great content of a beautiful park.
I know you get told this a lot but you’re so awesome for doing this. It’s made me feel so much better about just TRYING things whether or not it’s a disaster, and I’m not embarrassed about trying test seats now! I’m in the UK so will probably not get to visit most of these parks but Six Flags looks awesome
I am 6'3" and I could fit on every ride when I was at 275lbs. Once I pushed 300 lbs, I could no longer ride Poltergeist, Iron Rattler, Wonder Woman, and most coasters except for Batman. My chest was too thick and wouldn't allow the bars to lock into place. I was part of a coaster group and got to enjoy the rides for about 3 or 4 years before I couldn't get on anything much anymore and stopped participating in the group. It gets harder for some to maintain their weight past a certain age. I do wish more parks would offer better seating for big and tall people. You don't necessarily have to be fat to not fit. You can also be in shape and not fit. Parks could also offer alternative healthy foods to eat rather than the standard junk foods that make people fat...and not charge $10 for water.
I love your vids bro, I feel like people can be mean or get the wrong message from this content but I love what you’re doing man, keep it up bro. Much love🙏🏼
I’m going in June and I have extreme roller coaster phobia. Knowing you show us how the seats look like and how the restraints work puts me at ease . Thanks
This is my home park and our park President is THE BEST! He works hard to keep the park beautiful. I suggest you do a park survey and let him know areas that need addressing. The Boardwalk area does need some updating for sure but the Pirates Ride is fairly new, the Hustler just got a new paint job, Dr. Diabolical is brand new, The Flying Machines is fairly new. The Boomerang just got a paint job AND new trains about the same time as Poltergeist who got a complete makeover and new paint just a couple of years ago so the President IS working on things but everything cannot possibly be done at once. I will definitely pass along your concerns and observations as well as far as the ride conditions in the Boardwalk area because I agree with you on that but I just wanted you to know, our park President is really great and makes sure everything is going well inside the park, he’s aware of things that need to be addressed but just keep filling out those surveys too because he does listen….he even pitches in with sweeping up trash & will interact with park goers so he’s really great.
Great job! Thanks for this you let me know of some other rides that I could ride next time I’m at Fiesta Texas. I did one of these videos at this park but not for all the attractions. I’m a bit smaller then you at 5’11” 290lbs with a 44 inch waist. So you are not too far off on fitting 90 percent of the attractions at the park. Some info for the Wonder Woman test seat it’s is much more generous then the actual ride vehicle. I’m glad you are doing this for folks in the plus size society.
Could you tell me if you fit onto any of the following rides in the regular seat or had to use the big boy double seatbelt seats for any of the following: Dr Diabolical, Superman Krypton Coaster, Goliath. Also could you tell me if you fit into Iron Rattler and Poltergeist? I haven't been to Fiesta in many years, and just dropped some weight. I'm going next month and want to try to determine if I should even try for a regular seat or just stick to the big boys and we're much closer in size than the gentleman in the video.
@@jasonm07 I could ride all those you listed but it was the larger big boy seats. I Rat I have to buckle first and bring the restrait down under my belly to be able to ride. The rides you mentioned as Jason showed have tests seats. Also I was able to ride Poltergeist but had to have the ride attendant help me get the belt buckled they will help you. There is no test seat for Poltergeist, Boomerang or pandemonium so those rides if you try you may or may not be subject to the “walk”. I never let that bother me if I don’t fit I don’t fit I rather be safe then sorry. Good luck 👍
Kudos to this awesome guy for doing this! Really appreciate it. As someone who was 350 last year I’ve been able to reduce to 300 since I was fortunate to get on ozempic. Once I get to 250 that’s when I’ll start my ventures again.
I absolutely love you. I’m 5’2 like 250 pounds and in close I can pull it off but trying to fit this butt and thighs on rides gives me anxiety. I had pretty much stopped going to theme parks even tho I love them. Thx to you I have my confidence back. I’m 30mins from Houston so I got a Hurricane Harbor day pass in July and your videos helped so much. Then I upgraded to a Diamond pass since I’m going to San Antonio in March. Can you do Pleasure Pier/Moody Gardens next pls ?? Loveeee you such a sweet soul.
@26:01 Yeah, I agree. I wish this video was around 2 years ago when I humbly had to walk off the Wonder Woman ride after waiting in line for over an hour. I didn't fit in the seat 🤷♂ That was humiliating. With that being one of my breaking points, I have lost 38 lbs since then. I am 5'11" , 258lbs now and counting. Can't wait to go back!
Thank you so much! This probably saved me an incredible amount of time! I will say that they were able to fit me in the pandamonium(spelled wrong) ride by having me cross my ankles and sit in almost a relaxed criss cross. lol
I recently went from 341 to 274 pounds and am going to Fiesta Texas next month. This video was very helpful in helping me to determine what to try to fit on, thank you.
I am currently 280 and go to Fiesta Texas a few times a month. Depending on how you hold your weight, the only ones that will be a tight fit would be Iron Rattler and Wonder Woman. Feel free to ask me any questions!
@@KatshiaRose if you dont mind me asking, do you ride the single belt seat or the double belt seat on Superman, Goliath and Dr Diabolical? What about Scream?
@@jasonm07 Superman I can ride any seat, it has the biggest seats/room of any of the coasters there. I have to double belt Dr Diabolical for sure, its tight and they always have to give it a good push down to get it in the right spot. Some people with medical conditions can not just diet when meds put on the weight without you doing anything. People do not understand when people have medical conditions that will not let you loose weight no matter how hard you try, even starving yourself.
I hate that not every ride has a test chair
I’m actually rlly surprised a lot of Fiesta Texas rides don’t pass the fat test given how fat the population of San Antonio is.
As someone in San Antonio this comment made me giggle
I’m bigger than you so there goes my six flags plans for next week 😢
It does suck because these ride designers and theme parks need to think about the fat people in the world too. We like to take vacations too!!!!!
I suggest using rowing machine 20 minutes a day or going to the gym
Bombastic side eye
I get a lot of that
While I appreciate your videos, I’d argue that the seat itself is the fat test and if you don’t fit, YOU don’t pass it.
