Once you have completed your eligibility including clearing DHA exam… you can look for jobs online through job portals like indeed, naukrigulf or you can hire agencies near your place who can help you find job but they will charge fees for assistance. Go to Dubai only when you have job in hand

Hi Maximum employers only sponsor your work visa. If you want to take your family with you, cost is not taken care of by the employers. It is you who has to bear the cost

Hospitals in Dubai prefer experienced candidates over freshers...so first gain some experience and then apply for jobs in Dubai...will be better chances of selection
