There's a lot of people that prefer lemonade to be the title track, and that's the reason it's not the title track. It sounds like normal kpop song. Even reminded me of Non-stop. And 127 branding is that NCT "noise". Remember when Kick It was out, that sounds unique too. They had to keep the title track to sounds different, and Sticker was the obvious choice

i totally agree. it would be so predictable if Lemonade was the title track, then they would be quite mainstream. And we all know NCT is never mainstream, they always aim to be different. Because there are so many groups nowadays, and they need to show their identity for them to always be on top

I agree i do actually prefer lemonade than sticker but im impressed that they had the courage to bring out something that is totally new and ✨unique✨. Also to some nctzens who hated on the boys for the song i get why u dont like it and tht its not ur taste or somethin but u dont have to bash it😪

NCT127 is a group who pushes the limits, who do not fear to be adventurous, who are edgy. Sticker is their signature. Like Kick it. Cherry Bomb, Fire Truck. They are not your poppy/ cutie pie kpop group. They are experimental. Then they also balance it with great R&B tracks to showcase the crazy talented vocalists they have. Also Taeyong is not your average rapper. It is not about the flow, the speed of the flow. But capturing the energy, the theme, the beat, adding colours and tones to the words. That is why from track to track, its never the same flow, cause each track expresses something different, tells a different story. Just a few words to tell you ART is not what you expect. On the contrary. Its a journey to some unknown territory. It should be chocking and puzzling. Led Zeppelin, Bowie, The Cure and many legends chocked many people with their experimental, breaking new sound. That's what I want from an artist. Not something that is already here, that's already been done over and over. Like Picasso, like Dali artistry is not always about complying. So yes Sticker is strange, and nothing like we ever heard. I applaud the audacity to try NEW. Some will like it. Some wont. Who cares. you do not compromise your art cause you are scared not be understood or accepted. We would not have had a Picasso, a Dali, a Fellini, a Kubrick, a Kurosawa if everybody followed the safe path.

Sticker is a experimental song. It's something that music critics may like because it's such a bold move to release a whole new strange sound but for new listeners , it's probably hard for thel to get it and listen to it as a normal pop song
But, and I say this absolutely respectfully, NCT 127 is not and has never been a normal pop group. I totally understand that it's a divisive song and that not everyone will like it because it's 'too weird' for some, but.. I think NCT 127 has always accepted their weirdness and that's what they want to portray to the world. 💚

For me, I love all the songs in the album (it's really rare for me to like all, so I'm also surprised lol) because every song has its own uniqueness, different genre, and brings certain vibe/flashback/nostalgia from different music era 💚

MY OWN PERSONAL RANKING FOR THIS ALBUM :
1. Lemonade - Well, lowkey hoping that this also is a title track (alongside with Sticker) but yeah, it's a VERY GOOD b-side. This song slaps NCT vibes, this song is already my Top 1 even before when I listened to the teasers, YUTA ALSO SHINED IN THIS SONG (also Jungwoo and Johnny) which made me very very happy because they deserved it so much.
2. Dreamer - A happy-go-lucky song, my type of a song hahaha, Idk why but this is my jam. Can't explain it but this song shines more than any song here (except for Lemonade ofc). I'm running out of words but this is a bop.
3. Far - This, YUTA SHINED IN THIS SONG. I freaking love this because this song also has the NCT vibes, this is also worthy to be a title track. This song shows how versatile they are and I'm hella here for it. I also didn't expect myself to enjoy this because I saw some of my friends' ranking, this song is in the lowest ranks.
4. Road Trip - I never imagined myself loving this song when I first listened to the teaser for this but when I heard the full version of this and Mark and Johnny's vocals, I flipped. I love that they all somehow sang here (even the rappers) and besides the part Mark and Johnny sang, I personally love the bridge (TAEIL VOCAL GOD). I now conclude that this song is my comfort song.
5. Magic Carpet Ride - MASTERPIECE. I have high hopes for this song and it never failed me, this is art. I freaking love their vocals here. No more words to say, NCT Ballad Songs never failed me.
6. Promise You - I wasn't really feeling the first verse of this song but I was really intrigued because of the interesting beat so, I gave it a chance and as the song goes on, I was like, "why the hell I'm vibing with this?" because personally, I don't enjoy this kind of music but overall, I really love this especially the "so stay" parts.
7. Bring The Noize - I'm a huge Rock and Metal fan that's why I like this song hahaha the chorus- I mean, it's not as powerful as the verses and the beat, I like Haechan's part in the first chorus tbh.
8. Sticker - This song, as everyone says, SM is very experimental when it comes to NCT that's why I'm not really surprise that Sticker is the title track for this album but ngl, I can't really feel this song at first listen but as I listen to it more, the chorus got me MORE. I personally like Taeil's parts here, his vocals shines in this album especially here in this song.
9. The Rainy Night - I really thought that this song is an OST for a KDrama because of the intro lmao when the first verse starts- my ears bleed (not in a negative way), tHEIR VOCALS ARE SO GOOD AAAAAAAAA. I want a live stage for this song so bad.
10. Breakfast - Ngl, when I first I heard this song hahaha I thought this is the one for me but as I listen to it more, I can't really vibe with it anymore, the beat is a banger. I can see myself listening to this on the shower lmao.
11. Focus - Not a big fan of the beat but damn, the vocals here is no joke (TAEIL VOCAL GOD) and also the chorus is kinda easy to forget, I personally love the "what you wanna do?" part lmao. I would prolly listen to this while studying, it's a good song tho, not even one song in this album is bad.

You're fully entitled to your opinions as everyone has their own tastes and I really appreciate that you respect NCT 127 for their uniqueness and talent whether certain songs are for you or not.
Personally, my top 3 are Sticker, Promise You and Breakfast. The uniqueness of Sticker is.. insane and I adore it, Promise You is so meaningful because they wrote it for their fans while thinking of seeing them again and Breakfast is just... SUCH a bop. I love them all though!

It's totally fine to say anything according to your personal preference. And to be honest we've already heard a lot of people say hateful things toward NCT's songs like you know just being "noices" and I think that makes NCT unique.

For me, I like songs that bring new things to the table, that's why I love Sticker so much, it's even on my top favorite tracks of the album ( The rainy night, Sticker, Lemonade, Promise you: I can't choose between them)
Ngl, I was extremely confused when I first listened to it, I though it was underwhelming compared to what I was expecting, however I still enjoyed the different parts of the song separately. But after the third listen my brain was able to join the parts of t he song and I realized how amazing and addicting the song was, it doesn't sound underwhelming anymore and I think it deserves the hype and to be the title track, cuz as good as Lemonade is, it doesn't stands out as Sticker, also it goes beyond being a good song and gives people something to talk about wether they like it or not. That's really smart and I get why NCT chose it as the title track, because it represents perfectly their brand and that 'neo sound' so well, not to mention it worked because of how amazing their vocal and rap line is, they all really did put a lot of effort and hard work.
Definitely a song only NCT can pull off.

Lemonade is undoubtedly good but I still prefer Sticker as the title track. It's very neo and unique also it's a bop, maybe nctzens just need a few listen to really appreciate the song but its seriously a grower! But I also get that its not for everyone's liking but still it's not as bad as people make it seems to be. Anways the entire album is such a masterpiece, NCT 127 truly never disappoints! Sticker is worth the wait, it deserves the title track 🖖🏻💚

I am super curious to find out how you guys think about this album now. I was not the biggest fan of Sticker when I first heard it, even though it's obviously so them and they are the only group that could pull it off. But however many months later (I always end up putting off full album reactions but this has to be a record 😂), it is my most played song from this album, I actually love it, even the flute 😂 For me now, Sticker, Magic Carpet Ride and Dreamer are my top 3 not in order, but it's so hard because i literally love almost all of them. Rating wise, this is a 9.25 for me. Honestly, I didn't want to be a 9.5 person either 😂 It's such an amazing album!

Ganjikallae actually means "i'll treasure". I sunganeul is "this moment". Korean words are like that. Sometimes their sentences are positioned opposite of english if u know wht i mean. Not really good at explaining🙆🌚
