I know Mike and people calling him a clown, please. The AFL/VFL media have to meet certain guidelines where Jacko didn't have the same boundaries as a player.
Jacko always went over the top and made a name for himself. This was his way of going through his football career. He knocked 3 people out, so what? That doesn't make him a great player, it just puts the focus on him.

By entertainer, I take it you mean thug. If watching men thump each other is what you enjoy, then you need to watch boxing. Met Mark Jackson a couple of times, and as nice a guy as you’ll meet. Sure many will say the same. But certainly one of those guys, who will get fired up if he thinks you’ve wronged him. People who’ve only seen this interview would be surprised at how friendly and polite he is if you met him on the street.

Sheahan was the most successful and influential Australian football journalist for decades. He is a member of the Australian Media Hall of Fame. Has won all AFL media awards, Mike is highly respected in the AFL world as well as the media.
Other than yourself, Mark Jackson has no respect from anyone, in any world. He has burnt all bridges.

@@aidanthomas2510 Can you explain why, "a toilet trained , pollutant, pubic hair" is a fair description of all AFL Journalism.
BTW The media that employs most of the journalists, funds the AFL, promotes it, is the vessel for huge advertising dollars.
AFL declared it has zero need for federal or state government cash funding, which has been Underwritten by the broadcast deal.
Provide unlimited 24/7 access to AFL related programming.
Lastly AFL journalists have implemented systems that have turned the AFL into the most data rich sport in the world.
