  • In this video I"ll show you How I grew my hair back. To be honest, it took time and consistency. My hair didn't grow back over night. I had to brush, comb, shampoo, drink lots of water to make the hair restoration process work. In my humble opinion, there is no single product on the market that will make your hair grow like bamboo but there is a combination of things that you can do. By far, I believe our nutrition plays the number 1 role to restoring health and its a fact. you are what you eat.

Gotta remember to, it starts within first. Drinking a gallon of water a day, eating vegetables (particularly spinach), and a one a day vitamin, and make sure you getting a of zinc and the b vitamins in your foods. That helps hair significantly over time

Brother all the best to you, only people who struggle with lupus will understand. When lupus first stroke me i also lost some of my hair and it affected my pericardium (the lining of the heart) it was a real fight to get through it, thankfully my lupus went in remission and hasn't come back in years, so take your medications as told and i really hope you get rid of it.

You lost your hair due to stress, not genetics, it's that simple. When the stress is relieved the hair usually grows back. Once you lose your hair genetically, there is nothing outside of surgery you can do to regain it. Period!

I don't use 1 item, I use a combination of things to help my hair grow back. Drink plenty of water, Eat healthy, Exercise and try to reduce or quit your alcohol consumption are probably the biggest factors for hair growth.
