    You got this!! I was 300 two year ago now I’m 190. Made it to 178 and the holidays hit so starting again to drop to 170. Takes work dedication and consistency and calorie deficit with good protein

    Ay you kinda the opposite of me. I turned 14 in July of last year and I was around 100 pounds but now it’s January this year and now I’ve gained about 10-20 pounds. I am participating in team workouts for my school soccer team and I already do soccer so that’s free cardio. You just gotta let life come at you. I support you all the way 🙏🏾
