Digital pianos are great. The sound can be adjusted for however the player wants. But nothing beats the sound of a grand piano, a baby grand or even an upright. So long as they are properly tuned. A digital piano doesn't have that burden.
After reading the comments with Jerry Lee Lewis comparisons, they are right !!! I have twice seen Jerry from front tables at the North Hollywood Palamino Club. And also on May 3, 1958 in front row at Boston Arena when he "brought the roof down",and the police turned on the lights, and DJ Alan Freed said, "Well, I guess the police don't want you kids to have a good time."
